Sonia is the sweetest receptionist. Every time I come in, she's always efficient, caring, and handles everything with precision! She makes my appointments with ease, make sure I get seen by the dentist within 20 minutes, and handles my health insurance cards with confidentiality. I always feel comfortable when she's behind the desk!

I came in for an 8 AM appointment for my two-year-old &, I showed up about 10 minutes late, but that’s OK because they have a 15 minute grace Period.. My two-year-old tends to have a difficult time with people just checking her mouth, but she did her best and the staff was so understanding & Amazing and extremely patient. They did very well with the cleaning and it was super fast She got a cool Oral-B electric toothbrush afterwards And then we were given extra regular toothbrushes, floss & toothpaste for the whole family too We were out of the office by 9 AM with new appointments set for the whole family. It was a great Saturday morning . It was a very fast experience.

Very weird vibe in here. It’s 6pm still waiting for my prescription, was supposed to be sent when I left at 3. Pharmacy has no record yet. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable at this place. People just weren’t very friendly very and cold and distant. Felt like I was a part on an assembly line. The xray tech and the hygienist were both very sweet and welcoming and informative so I appreciated them a lot. Won’t be coming back here I decided. Gonna find another dentist asap.

Bad service, horrible scheduling, and diagnoses seem like scams to get the most from your insurance, not to give you the best standard of care. The doctors don't communicate with you about what you need, and they schedule you for appointments, and don't do anything but x-ray and bill your insurance. It is such a fight to get a tooth pulled or a simple filling. Then they close the office waiting room and put caregivers outside waiting for patients, claiming a cleaning crew is coming when they're really trying to have a holiday party with food and such. Why can't they just be honest and say whats really going on?? Admit they overschedule and overbook! Horrible. Choose another location if you can and don't waste your time or money with this shoddy service at this location.

They were very compassionate and service was actually very quick. The only problem was when I was going to have the procedure the gas did not work. I opted to go to there Arcadia office and got put to sleep for the procedure.

Came here and had the most horrible experience that I’ve had at a dentistry before. With an extremely slow pace and help from staff being there from 1:30 to 5:20. The workers being more concerned about leaving for the holidays then doing their job with it being a constant back and forth as well as inappropriate personal/sexual conversations from the younger staff that should not be allowed in the same space as kids. While being worked on it was made clear the amount of pain and discomfort I was in, only for it to be dismissed and regarded as unimportant while the workers gave judging stares. Would never recommend a place not only so unprofessional but also clear that their intentions is profits over the well being of their patients.

Went to see if they could see me as a walk in because I was in pain due to a molar having the filling fall out, lady upfront told me I had to be assigned to them even though they also work with my insurance, made the switch and still told me to come back when the change was effective. Clearly don't care about people, and if I could leave a worse review I would.
