Town Dental

I received dental treatment at town dental on January 9,2025. to extract two teeth and plan for implants. My Anthem Medicare plan covers up to $4.000 annually. Which the clinic confirmed would fully cover my treatment. Later,I discovered that Town dental billed around $3.600 and attempted an additional $3.200 despite my annual limit. Since then, the clinic has delayed my treatment for nearly 10 months and now demand s cash payment to continue care I request an investigation into possible insurance fraud, overbilling,and Unethical refusal of treatment. Shiesty dentist. Took my mom there and cost of treatment plan was above what her insurance would cover. Dentist wanted to speak to me privately and made some sort of a deal saying he can pull one tooth for $150 cash! Why would a dentist go over cost of treatment with me and not with the patient? Why? It’s because he knows I have the funds to pay not my mom. Bunch of sheisters

I’m truly grateful to Grace and all the staff at Town Dental. From start to finish, I received excellent care in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Resolving my dental issues has genuinely improved my quality of life. Grace is exceptionally kind and professional, and both the hygienist and the doctor treated me with such warmth and expertise. I especially want to thank the team for wearing their medical gowns and providing such attentive care even in the heat. I deeply appreciate all of your hard work and dedication.

Very unwelcoming and Incompetent. Kept saying that medical ID wasn’t going through and called medical and they said everything was fine so they weren’t processing it correctly and the lady was very rude and wouldn’t even talk to the medical rep.

The dentist is very experienced and staffs are kind and friendly.

아는 지인의 소개로 클리닝하고 임플란트나 틀니 중에 어떤게 좋을지 견적 뽑으려고 방문했었는데, 앞에서 전화 받고 예약 및 안내해주시는 분도 너무 친절하시고, 치료받기전에 엑스레이 찍는 간호사가 사진도 꼼꼼하게 잘 찍더라구요. 그런데, 원장 선생님이 상담하실때 너무 깐깐하셔서 처음에는 불친절한 느낌이 없지는 않았는데, 치료를 받아보니까 꼼꼼하시게 클리닝도 잘해주시고 틀니와 임플란트의 장단점과 치료과정까지 하나하나 알기 쉽게 잘 설명해주셨어요~ 또한, 치과 보험과 치료비용 견적까지도 어떤 치료가 필요한지데 어떤 치료를 할건지 초이스도 주셨고, 보험중에 어떤 치과 보험을 들어야 환자가 혜택을 받을수 있는지 친절하게 알려주셨어요. 제가 한인 타운에 있는 치과를 몇군데 다녀봤지만, 이렇게 정직하고 디테일하게 상담해주고 쿨하게 치료해주는 의사는 처음입니다. 왠지 믿음이 가더라구요. 그래서 별 5개로 적극 추천합니다!Through a recommendation from a friend, I visited to get a cleaning and get an estimate on whether implants or dentures would be better. The person who answered the phone, made reservations, and gave guidance was very friendly, and the nurse who took X-rays before receiving treatment also took detailed photos. However, the director was very strict during the consultation, so I felt unfriendly at first, but after receiving the treatment, he cleaned me thoroughly and explained the pros and cons of dentures and implants and the treatment process in an easy-to-understand manner. Also, the dental clinic. He even gave us a choice on what kind of treatment we needed, including insurance and treatment cost estimates. He also kindly told us which dental insurance the patient should take out to receive the benefits. I've been to several dentists in Koreatown, but this is the first doctor who provides such honest and detailed consultation and treats me coolly. Somehow I felt confident. So I highly recommend it with 5 stars!

저희 엄마가 이곳에서 의료사기 당했습니다. 하지도 않은 치료를 했다며 보험회사에 돈을 청구해 빼갔습니다. 클레임 걸고 일부 돈은 다시 되돌려 놨지만 다른 칫과에서의 치료가 많이 여러달 지체 되었습니다. 정신적 스트레스 또한 심했습니다. 의사, 상담자 이런분들 타운에 또 있을까 싶네요. 팩트는 돈에 눈이 어두워 거짓치료를 하는 의사입니다. 조심하세요
