Avenue Dental

I went to this office a bit over a year and I had a great experience with the staff. My main reason why I'm writing this review is that I got a bill a year later, after major services, saying I had to pay extra. This extra money that I had to pay out of pocket was almost $700. They promised that the amount I paid then was based on insurance, etc. I also was unemployed when I got the bill and called in to say I don't have the funds to pay for this, due to that. I called their accounting dept several times to resolve this issue, even trying to get a payment plan. Took a few months to negotiate with the accountant and then silence. Almost a year later I got mail from a debt collector saying I have to pay the bill. Ridiculous. There's something iffy about this office. I read reviews on their google that are now gone. They delete bad reviews. To me that's a red flag! Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

The team at Avenue Dental is the best!! Lauren and Stephanie are always super pleasant and knowledgeable and Dr. Oh is so amazing. I've never felt like I was being sold anything and feel genuinely cared for. You will not regret coming here for your dental work!

Took me years to find a dentist i could actually trust. Dr. Oh is excellent and very responsive. The best part of the dentist is never needing to go back, but now I don’t mind that nearly as much.

I can proudly say that Avenue Dental is one of the best place to go for your dental care. Dr. Oh is one of the most passionate dentist who truly cares for her patients' well being. I've been her patient for almost 10 years and she has been very helpful and has always prioritized my well being. Before switching to Dr. Oh, I felt like other dentist really just try to benefit from my insurance company, but Dr. Oh is different. I know that her patients are her priority, which makes her a truly excellent dentist. Mary is also a very professional, friendly and helpful hygienist. She cleaned my teeth in great detail and really made sure that I came out with that clean teeth feeling and you can tell that she clearly knows what she's doing. Avenue Dental is also filled with cheerful and friendly staffs who will assist you to the best of their ability. You will find great service from all the staffs from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. All of the staffs here have professionalism that I will never question.

This practice is by far the best and most professional office I’ve been to. Avenue dental is a nicely designed and clean office with advanced state of art technology and the most welcoming and caring staff. What makes them stand out among other dental offices is the amount of care and attention they give to each patient. Dr. Oh The hygienist, Joy, who did my routine cleaning spent time explaining the process thoroughly and was very informative. She spent more than 30 minutes on my teeth cleaning which is quite rare in most dental offices. Overall, she was very professional, caring, skillful and detail-oriented. Overall, Dr. Oh and the staff are the most compassionate and caring people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and I’m sure I’ll will be back in 6 months for my cleaning and exam again. Definitely recommended!!

This place is absolutely outstanding! Not just the service but clean and decorative place! First, I’d like to start by saying this office is following all of COVID practices. Safety and health is their priority. Amazed their high technology and systematically making the appointments and tracking all of the records of patients based on the internet through the website. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. My overall experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Big PLUS! I’ve done my wisdom tooth extraction, cleaning, and now I even got Invisalign because I was so satisfied and happy with their services. Surprisingly the cleaning and extraction didn’t hurt or numbed! The teeth straightening completed much quicker than conventional braces and painless too. Dr. Oh continuously made sure that I am satisfied with the result which shows they truly care about the outcome of all their procedure. Dr. Oh took her time and answered thoroughly all of my questions and concerns. I felt she was truly honest and passionate/professional about her work and explained clearly what it needs to be done. I genuinely recommend them for all of your dental needs!!! Thank you, Dr. Oh, and your amazing team!

Most technically proficient, effective, and efficient healthcare provider I've experienced. 1. Out of pocket costs reviewed in detail before agreeing to procedure. 2. Deposit for procedure taken at time of booking, then used towards cost post-procedure. 3. Out of pocket costs reviewed in detail before agreeing to procedure. 4. Rescheduling appointments via phone call is quick/ efficient. 5. Text reminders leading up to appointment is a convenient, gentle reminder. 6. ***Strong plus*** Procedures are booked for 8am and cleanings don't start till 9am = attention to detail and care is taken cause they're aren't external distractions. 7. ***Strong plus*** Once in the system and procedure has been confirmed in the texts leading to appointment, there's zero wait time when you arrive on day of appointment. 8. ***Strong plus*** The exact, correct amount of anesthesia was used, I had zero pain and after procedure was over lips were not numb and gum-numbness was gone within 2 hours. 9. ***Strong plus*** I had 13 fillings completed in an hour. Super efficient, gums/ teeth aren't sore, didn't negatively impact my day post-procedure. Very impressed and thankful. I don't tend to write reviews. But my experience here was very worth the feedback.
