Fresh Dental - Longview

I had a terrible experience at another dentist, so my wife scheduled me an appointment with Fresh Dental. From the moment I arrived, they listened to what mattered to me, were gentle during my exam and X-rays, and were straightforward about the issues they found—without overwhelming me with the full cost all at once. Instead, they provided a reasonable estimate for the next three visits and clearly explained what could be addressed afterward. Most importantly, they earned my trust. Fresh Dental feels like a safe place to get work done, even when dental visits honestly scare the hell out of me.

I have been going to Dental Fresh for some years now and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. The front desk staff is courteous and professional each time. I had a new dental hygienist who really made an impression on me fir going above and beyond to Make sure that I was comfortable the whole time and she was very helpful as well. I called and made an appointment for a cleaning. I was a new patient. I get there 30mins ahead of my appointment and filled out paperwork. I go back and they do x-rays and take me back to wait for the doctor. He came in and looked at the x-ray and asked me what was wrong, why i was there and what i needed. I told him I came for a cleaning because my teeth hadn't been cleaned in years and I wanted to see if I could get the spaces filled in where I had none. He went over everything about my teeth and then said someone would be in to clean my teeth. A woman finally came in, but with papers about the pricing of what I wanted done. When I asked her about my cleaning she said I had to make another appointment??? I asked why that was the main reason I came here. She said they do them on different days.. Well why was that explained to me when I called and scheduled for a cleaning 🤔 I am soooo pissed off, it was a waste of my time. And yet there policy is a strict policy for canceling appointments.

I had seen good reviews so I went to Fresh Dental, but however my experience was totally different than those good reviews. While everyone was friendly, they did absolutely NOTHING for me when I am in pain and sleep deprived as I have been trying to deal with this for weeks; just told me the problem, told me to go to a maxillofacial surgeon to have my teeth pulled - just pulled, receptionist or assistant said she would "be in close contact with you" - despite getting daily reminders to complete this survey, I have only talked to them when I finally called and was informed I needed to set up the maxillofacial surgeon appointment, so I guess even helping out to complete the referral process is too much to expect. Again, very friendly staff, very clean office space, very unhelpful. Update: Where they referred me called today to say they don't take my insurance. Can anyone just get this right?!?!?

Laronda is the best dental hygienist I have ever had! She is very detailed oriented and explains everything to you as she is working on your teeth. If she works somewhere else I will be following her! Amazing work! Highly recommend!

Crown fell out last night and scheduled an appointment for 9 am this morning. Awoke early and made the drive.. upon arriving, I was told they could not take me in. They said they called; I checked the phone.. NO calls from Fresh Dental in Longview. Only a call from Sherman at 8:30 with no ID. We live in the Winnsboro postal zip code(rural area), so it takes an hour to drive and an hour back home. We are on limited income plus the inconvenience!!! Please contact me.

I was made welcome by your receptionist. The wait time was extremely short. The hygienist that was very knowledgeable professional and thorough as she cleaned my teeth. She made me aware of the condition of my teeth and gums as she cleaned them. She answered all questions that I had. I made an appointment for my next cleaning.
