Front desk staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, organized and welcoming. Dr. Daman took time and patience explaining my treatment plan and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. Nancy did a great job with treatment for my visit. Moreover, the practice does a fantastic job at keeping records, offering realistic and affordable options for continued care and overall excellence at the highest standards for their patients! Unethical dental office! I went in because I was in serious pain with a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. The dentist would not pull the tooth out unless I also had a cadaver bone graph put in. I told her I did not want it! But, she was adamant that I get it, knowing that I was in pain and vulnerable she would not take no for an answer, even after I told her 3 times I DID NOT WANT IT. Being frustrated and in a lot of pain I went ahead with everything and paid a hefty bill after. A month later I went to another dentist that asked me why I had a bone graph put in, because it was 100% not necessary and he even shuck his head and said I was ripped off. Beware, maybe you'll have better luck

I’ve been going to LBTDC for over 10 years, I’ve moved 10 miles away and still go here. The staff, service, and care I’ve received over the the years is unmatched and I will remain loyal. Dr Pronstroller is the best dentist! Dr. Singh did a fantastic job with my wisdom teeth extractions.

Thank you Dr. Steven Singh and the entire amazingly wonderful and professional team for helping me with my dental emergency. I had an issue occurred at 6:30pm and called around and got ahold of this office at 6:45pm on Friday. I was concerned about having to make it through the weekend and his office offered to get me in at 1pm on Saturday. I asked if there was anyway I could come now. They agreed and kept the entire office staff of about 7 people around an extra 30 minutes for me to show up at 7:10 and help me with my issue. I am very grateful. My experience was outstanding and Dr. Singh has a very competent, friendly, knowledge, and trust worthy presence. Every person in the office was outstanding and amazing! Thank you!

Family is the word I think of to describe Dr. Singh and his whole team. Everyone is very kind, caring, and Dr. Steven Singh is an amazing dentist. I unfortunately left after being a patient for 10yrs ONLY because I realized this office wasn't in my network, but I went through hell and back with other dentists. I can tell you that the other two dentists including an endodontist complimented Dr. Singhs work, and sadly they lied, overcharged me by hundreds, and caused me much undue stress. I have returned and do not plan to leave again. The extra 10% you save for going to an "in network" provider will end up costing you ten fold. Dr. Singh has a huge heart, it shows in his work and how much his patients genuinely appreciate him. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest dentist who does stellar work! I enjoyed my visit to Long Beach Total Dental Care, working with Dr Pronstroller. I really appreciate that I was treated as a patient who was looking to take care of their oral health first and foremost, rather than somebody to be upsold a bunch of superfluous treatments. Dr. Pronstroller was also teaching students while she worked on me, which was a huge plus in my book, not only was I aware of EVERYTHING that was happening in my mouth, it also felt great to be part of instructing people looking for careers in the field. I’m very happy to have found this dental office and look forward to continuing my dental care with them.
