Greater Long Beach Dental

From 2020 to 2024 my experience with Greater Long Beach Dental was phenomenal. I’d even call them family with the way they took care of me. Fast forward to 2025 and there’s new faces and worse service. There use to be zero wait, now I’m 30 minutes into waiting in the middle of a weekday wondering why I keep coming here. (This appointment was scheduled 3 months ago and I’m on time). Caveat is, I haven’t gotten a maintenance cleaning in a year and have only been checking in once every few months for my Invisilign where my experience with one of my assistants was surprising. And maybe my expectations were too high but she (1) placed my retainers amongst her equipment wrappers — feel like thats unhygienic considering the people touching those wrappers (2) sprayed water on my face clearing out my mouth and didn’t bother to wipe it off or acknowledge it even (3) grinded my teeth with that buzzing tool that was intended to shave my attachments but I felt nerve pain at the contact — also feel like that shouldn’t happen and it didn’t happen ever prior to 2025. I’ve shared written feedback before with no changes so I’m writing a formal review online. I’m sorry because I know this is a small business but also hope that my feedback is taken seriously and others can make their judgement on my repeated experience this year.

Great dentist, amazing work and amazing team. Dr Adli and her staff did were very careful and thoughtful when taking care of my dental needs and were incredible at identifying the source of my issues and fixing them. Appointments were quick and efficient and I felt very safe during every visit.

My wife & I have been going to Dr. Adli for years. The staff are all very skilled caring and patient with their patients (pun intended). Even during complex procedures that require significant time, Dr. Adli is never in a hurry, gives you plenty of chances to get a "breather" when you need it, and always makes sure that everything is perfect. I'm a real sissy when it comes to pain, and every time that I have had to have a filling done, the anesthesia is always spot on, yet the effects of the anesthesia wear off quickly so that I can quickly get back to my usual activities. The folks at the front desk are great at helping you get the best from your dental insurance, and they are always very sensitive to the cost of the procedures. All of that, and Dr. Adli takes a personal interest in her patients. She always greets all of us by name (which is quite a trick now that we all arrive in masks) and always manages to ask about how things are going with her patients. She even gives you a chance to respond before she dives back into your mouth! I really trust Dr. Adli with my dental health. I know that any recommendations that she makes are carefully thought out and represent the best possible care.

Dr. Aldi does amazing work. Kind, gentle, and patient. Staff is just as wonderful. I am the person who just doesn't like going to the dentist, but she always puts me at ease. Her dental crowns are the BEST!

Great experience!!!! Excellent customer service and the dentist was awesome.... Had teeth whitening for the first time and absolutely love my results. Saw me the same day and really took care of me . Strongly recommend this dentist.
