Aspen Dental - Lewisville, TX

Aspen in Lewisville is now my go to. I went there to get my first set of permanent dentures. The entire process was flawless. Price was discussed in depth, so no surprises. Dentures are handmade in this location which is a plus. My dentures fit my mouth so well after getting them fine-tuned by my dentist. Not to mention I got my dentures very quickly. I wasn't expecting that. The whole staff was awesome and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend Aspen dental in Lewisville.

I had a recent visit for a cleaning on 12/29 and I have to say I really enjoy Itzel a lot. She is really down to earth, funny and very educational about care and maintenance. She approaches honestly but it’s not belittling she understands we’re all human no one is perfect and that makes me feel good. This will be my second cleaning with her since coming to this newer location and I can say they are going to continue to see me for a long time. Overall this place is really nice the entire staff is great I can honestly say I laughed from the time I walked into the door to the time I walked out and I think they days a lot.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental! My entire experience, from start to finish, was incredibly easy and stress-free. The staff was truly amazing—professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made the atmosphere comfortable and ensured I felt respected throughout my visit. They patiently answered every single one of my questions completely, which made me feel totally informed about my dental health and treatment plan. What really stood out was their commitment to helping me meet my dental issues. They went above and beyond to work with me on the money and financial options. It’s a huge relief to know I can get necessary care without the added financial stress. If you are looking for fantastic dental care where the team cares, the process is simple, and they actively help you find solutions to fit your budget, this is the place to go!

The x-rays and consult was free so I’ll do my best to be kind. The facility is clean and professional. All the staff, hygienist and dentist I interacted with were thoughtful and pleasant. They moved me through the process fairly quickly and I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my chipped teeth, but that was okay because they had plenty of other services they felt were needed. This was my 3rd quote to get my chipped teeth fixed and none of the other dentist said I had bone loss or gum issues. Of course none of the other dentist tried to sell me a dental cleaning worth over $3K!

Doctor Wassem and her staff (Julia, Nicky, Itzel, and Carolyn) are wonderful. From the moment you walk in they make you feel at home. Dr Wassem is not only professional, but has a very friendly demeanor and takes the time to explain everything and gives you options. Best dental experience I have had. Thank you!

My co worker tried to visit this facility yesterday. She was a young girl, alone and very frightened of the dentist. She took time off of work to get some dental work done, made sure that she placed a call to this office and made sure that they took her insurance ahead of time. She showed up for her appointment to be told not only do they not take her insurance but they wanted to charge her over 2k for extracting a tooth. They intimidated her, made her feel extremely frightened and took advantage of her. Listing over 10 different bogus gum diseases and orthodontic needs that were not necessary and continued to add and add to her bill. She ended up leaving in tears because she was promised to be helped and was tricked into a ridiculous bill and never received the treatment she was told she would receive. Since then, she has received multiple harassing phone calls intimidating her to come back in, WHEN THEY DO NOT TAKE HER INSURANCE and make her feel bad that she cannot afford the appointment. I have never been so disgusted by customer service especially towards a young lady that just wanted help. I would never. Ever. send anyone I know to this horrible place. What a scam!
