Lehigh Acres Dental Office

If you had an available key for a negative zero that would still not explain the service or lack there of provided by this office. You make appointments to keep the flow of things going. However and hour and half after schedules appointment time we are still waiting. Was told once when asking the front staff they are cleaning a bed you are next after watching numerous others go back after waiting another 30 minutes to the front staff asking oh they haven't called you back again stated no they have not was told once again they are cleaning the bed and again sat to wait yet another upon even entering this facility there was no greeting nothing seems front staff or any one for that matter is able to assist with anything on their own referring everything to their manager "Lorraine" who never once came to the front and even asked the patients any problems or anything. The waiting room could also use a cleaning. Unsure why you have signs in the waiting room stating if you've waited over 20 minutes which I took pictures of because clearly I have been here almost 2 hours and still apparently no clean bed or response as to when we will finally be seen. The new facility is much needed and well out due in Lehigh however with staff like this facility currently has I can not fathom it will prosper and grow this is the worst treatment ever from a Family Health Center Facility and I have visited many. Staff seems unmotivated caring and unknowledgeable. I will be emailing the highest available person as well. What a disgrace. Also took videos and pictures of many families coming in after us and being called in after arriving well after us and staff knowing them apparently even some relatives. Although they feel it's whisper staff should truly watch the idle chat as there are no barriers and can be heard by all in the waiting room. The back staff was the only saving Grace at this facility Dr Jimenez Dr Bolado and I honestly can not think of our dental assistants name they were phenomenal and need all the accolades they truly provide great service.

terrible experience ,Over charge they charged me extra money without telling me the insurance covered it now that i want to change dentist their threatoning me with not giving me the x-rays terrible people

Show up late too your appointment so you save yourself waiting 45 minutes watching the weather on repeat...

I hate coming to this place. From calling and making an appointment to sitting in the waiting room. Pathetic.

I am very pleased with this office , service is very good.

They suck, unless it's Doctor Morrow
