Sania was my dental assistant along side Dr Delgado, I went in with so much pain from a messed up tooth and from start to finish they made me feel as comfortable as they could to get me back to being pain feel and fixing my problem tooth. Sania is such a sweet and gentle person she mad sure to talk me through every step of the process and so did Dr.Delgado. They made me laugh and kept me going through the whole process. We need more dentist like him and Sania I completely forgot I had a fear of Dentist while I was in their chair. Definitely deserve a 10/10

I had my braces treatment here and I’m very pleased. It only took a year and half and my overbite was fixed completely plus my teeth turned out beautiful and straight. The workers were very kind and professional and made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. I would recommend, it was a great experience.

What a great experience! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is smiling and happy to assist. All staff is informative, warm and helpful. Happy to have found this place and looking forward to continue with them.

Wow what a great dental office. I had an over bite meaning my teeth were rubbing top and bottom but when I came here they set up a plan for me and started the orthodontist process. Very affordable and AMAZING service by the whole staff. Couldn’t be happier with the results and process. Thank you 😁

I am very disappointed with my orthodontic treatment at this clinic. After paying $5,000 and spending two and a half years in braces, I did not get the results I was promised. From the very beginning, I was very clear about my main concern: I wanted my upper teeth to be properly aligned and straight, exactly as I asked. I specifically asked if my teeth would end up even and in the position I wanted, and I was told yes, multiple times. During the treatment, extractions were done. I already had one missing molar that had been removed years ago in my home country. Instead of balancing my bite correctly, they shifted my entire midline to one side, saying it had to be done that way. As a result, my mouth now looks asymmetrical, and even my lips look uneven, as if one side is missing volume. This happened because all my teeth were moved to one side without extracting or balancing the other side properly. After two and a half years, I removed my braces and was not happy with the final result. I went back to the clinic to explain my concerns and reminded them that I had asked whether my upper teeth would be moved back as planned, and they had said yes. At that point, I was told that no further corrections could be done, that supposedly I did not need extractions, and that I basically had to stay with the result as it was. Yes, my teeth changed a little, but not to the result I wanted or was promised. I later went to another clinic for a second opinion, explained my situation, and they confirmed that the result I wanted was possible, which made this experience even more frustrating. I want to be clear that I have nothing but good things to say about Mayelín, the orthodontist. She is extremely kind, professional, and attentive. She treated me very well, and I truly believe this situation was not her fault, as she works under the direction of the doctor who owns the clinic. Because of my experience, I would not recommend this clinic for orthodontic treatment. If you are considering braces, please be very careful and make sure you fully understand the treatment plan before committing.

I had a wonderful experience at Grandental, and I want to especially highlight the exceptional care and attention I received from Maria. She was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive throughout my visit. Maria took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Her friendly demeanor and thorough approach really made a difference in easing my nerves. Thanks to her excellent care, I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office, and a big thank you to Maria for making my visit such a positive one!
