Dr Libia Rios | Radiant Dental Spa

I did not have a good experience at this clinic. I came mainly to be treated by Dr. Rios, whom I had previously seen at another clinic, but I barely ever saw her here. I only saw her once, and when I had a filling done, it was not done by the doctor. Unfortunately, that filling fell out after some time. After that, I spent months trying to schedule an appointment for my husband, who has very limited availability, and it was extremely difficult to get anything scheduled. On another occasion, I called to reschedule my own appointment because I had a conflict, and I was told it was not possible because the clinic was going to be closed, which I had not been informed about beforehand. The office seems poorly organized, appointments are rarely available, and communication is frustrating. On top of that, the clinic is not conveniently located for me, so overall, it was not worth the trouble. If you are looking for a clinic where you can be seen quickly and with good organization, I would not recommend this office.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and positivity. The receptionists were absolutely wonderful! Their radiant energy made me feel instantly comfortable and welcome. I had the pleasure of receiving a cleaning from the hygienist, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. She was incredibly gentle, and I didn't feel a thing! She took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel well-informed and at ease. My teeth have never felt cleaner or looked brighter. I left feeling refreshed and confident in my smile! The entire staff at this office is amazing. Everyone was so kind, professional, and truly made me feel like part of the family. It's rare to find a place that combines top-tier dental care with such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for outstanding service and a genuinely caring team!

I was treated with respect by the staff and they were very respectful towards me. I find Dr. Rios to be a fantastic and considerate individual who cares for her patients. If the patient or herself is not satisfied with the work that she has done she will do the work all over until the patient and her agree. I will recommend anyone who needs dental work to her office. I am looking forward coming back next year to finish my dental work.

The dentist and the front desk girls a very friendly and very courteous. The doctor and the staff are amazing. I recommend this dentistry to anyone who is looking for a great dentist. They take their time to listen to your needs and concerns. They work with you to meet your needs.

I'm a new patient & everyone was very friendly & pleasant. Dr. Libia explained everything to me that was going on w/my teeth, which no other dentist has ever done. I'll b a patient of hers from now on. Dr. Libia is awesome.

The entire team has been great. I have received excellent care with ample notification of upcoming appointments. They do not try to upsell me anything. I will continue to use this dental practice for all my dental needs. The Doctor is very informative and explains every procedure to me in English. Dr. Rios has excellent chairside manners.
