I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly. Overall, a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care . Emily and Dayani are the best!

The staff was very kind and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was very professional and excellent in their different positions. Special thanks to Emily, she was so sweet and empathetic. Dr. Patel was able to explain and assure me of the treatment plan in a way that made me feel confident that I had chosen the correct place.

I had the best experience the minute i walked in. Everything was very clean the staff was very kind and professional. The receptionist Dayani was such a lovely girl ,and Emily made sure everything went smoothly. The service i had done was excellent very satisfied with my visit. I contacted Aspen Dental regarding an urgent tooth extraction due to severe, agonizing pain. Because I am pregnant, I was informed that a medical clearance letter would be required before proceeding. I left the office at 10:00 a.m. to obtain the clearance from my doctor the same day. When I returned, I discovered the office had closed at 1:00 p.m., which was never communicated to me during my visit. The following morning, I called first thing to continue the process. I was asked to email the medical clearance letter, which I did at 9:30 a.m. The receptionist, Nikky, told me she would speak with the doctor to determine whether antibiotics were needed prior to the extraction and said she would call me back. By 1:00 p.m., I had received no follow-up, so I called again. At that point, I was told they also needed additional documentation approving antibiotics, X-rays, etc.—requirements that were never mentioned when the letter was originally requested. I asked to be tentatively added to the schedule since two days had already passed while I was in pain, but this was condescendingly declined, despite me having already provided exactly what was requested at my visit. The lack of communication, follow-through, and urgency was extremely disappointing, especially given the circumstances. This office gave me the runaround and showed very little concern for a patient in obvious distress. If you are in desperate need of dental care, I strongly recommend seeking more professional and organized services elsewhere.

Letty, whom I really enjoy talking to and is a great hygenist did my teeth cleaning, ketia out on the fluoride and Dr. mark polished a tooth that was irritating my cheek. They were all very personable, friendly and professional. They took really great care of me.

My husband recently had dental work done at Aspen Dental in Lehigh Acres. The dentist, Dr. Marc, his dental assistant Nia, and the entire staff there are super friendly and very professional at the same time. The office is clean and inviting. My husband and I are very pleased with their services, and are definitely going back for further dental work in the near future. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Lehigh Acres to anyone who wants excellent patient care in a clean, friendly environment.
