Summit Modern Dentistry

My initial visit was a very good experience. Schedule accomodations, professionalism, and genuinely friendly and helpful. The costs of dental care has continued to increase (hence the four stars). But rural services don't provide the top skills and techniques necessary for periodontal care. I am comfortable my dental help is in good hands. I look forward to my next appointment and going forward.

I dislike going to the dentist, with that being said I haven't had one bad experience with summit modern dentistry. Everybody there is so welcoming and very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend. Also want to shout out Nicole for always being so polite and always going above and beyond.

The dental hygienist team at this location is wonderful, however the front desk staff and others leave some bedside manner to be desired. I left my last appointment extremely upset, confused, and embarrassed due to my expensive change in care being discussed openly that I can’t afford in the hall and lobby. The front desk receptionist continually pressured me to sign up for payments and care credit after I declined, going so far as to sit in my exam room and tell me I needed to make a decision immediately. After this embarrassing fiasco that left me crying in the parking lot, not one staff member has reached out to me, although I was told on my way out they’d get ahold of me with options. I will find another dentist at this point.

Martha the hygenist is always so friendly. I have never had a bad experience with ajy of the staff. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and wants the best for your dental health.

The staff as a whole are always so warm and welcoming. Everything is done in a timely manner. And they always keep you informed of your progress at each appointment.

Dr. Boyce is very friendly, thorough and professional! His office staff is friendly as well. My cleaning and exam was painless and quick! Great experience!

I had become unhappy with a different dentist, and wanted a second opinion on a procedure they were insisting I needed. My mom has come to this office many times and recommended it. WOW! Such a better experience!! I felt like everyone was very professional, efficient, and thorough in finding the best treatment for me. I especially appreciated Dr. Boyce, he was so kind and explained everything in great detail for me and even gave me different treatment options to choose from! I’m definitely making the switch to this office, I really feel empowered by their staff!
