10/10 recommend Kansas City Facial and Oral! When I had my appointment/consultation a month ago, Dr. Lohr, his assistant, and the insurance manager all took their time explaining the wisdom teeth process in detail and giving me options of payments without pressure. The surgeon was very precise in explaining the process and any common misconception. When I arrived for the extraction (4 wisdom teeth, all impacted) the team made me feel comfortable and calm before the procedure, I am 30 and expressed I was a bit nervous about my age. Took about an hour, in and out, as painless as possible! Dr. Lohr called and checked on me later that day, which was the cherry on top to a great facility and staff. 🙂

Can’t say enough good things. My tooth was extracted because it was broken. Dr. Hollabaugh had it out in 3 minutes & I felt no pain. His assistant was so caring, sweet & informative. I felt as comfortable as I did when my father was a dentist taking care of me. Growing up as a daughter of a dentist, I know excellent work & Dr. Hollabaugh is a brilliant doctor! This establishment is top notch in my opinion. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for everything 🙏👏

Whew, where do I began. Understand I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years. I'm 68 years old. If it doesn't hurt or it isn't broke don't fix it was my thinking. My latest dental journey started back in November 2025. I had a broken tooth and filling. First to my General Dentist, then to an endodontist, back to my general dentist who referred me to Kansas City Facial & Oral Surgery. What? Oral Surgery. I can't tell you what images and thoughts I began to have. I mean I was scared out of my skin. I bombarded Heaven above. Lord please give me some new teeth anything so I won't have to go to, Oral Surgery. I just couldn't' imagine it being good. I don't mean to be so dramatic but folks I was really freaking out. Thank God, for Kansas City Facial & Oral Surgery staff and Dr. Hollabaugh. From my initial visit the staff made me feel comfortable and reassured that everything would be alright. I was so scared that I kept telling jokes. Thank God they laughed at my lame jokes. Now on the day of my procedure, I was thinking, Lord, your will be done. I asked them to put me completely out. I didn't want to feel anything. When I tell you I didn't feel anything, I mean I didn't feel anything. I don't even know how they got my mouth open to do anything. I am so grateful to God he helped me through everything. I want to go back to the office just to give Dr. Hollabaugh and the staff a great big bear hug. I highly recommend Dr. Hollabaugh, and the staff at Kansas City Facial & Oral Surgery. You all turned what I thought would be a very high anxiety fearful experience into peace and comfort. I had a dental implant with Dr. Lohr today and it went amazing! I was nervous to get this procedure done (tooth pull, bone graph and implant) and Dr. Lohr made it Painless and seamless and always checking on me during the whole procedure! He even called me tonight to check on me! He truly cares for his patients and he will be my go to for any future needs and will refer anyone to him! The whole staff there is helpful and kind too! Thank you Dr. Lohr!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I unfortunately had to have two teeth pulled 6 months ago. That procedure went very well. I have dental ptsd from years ago and was made to feel very understood and not silly in asking for sedation. I went in today and had my implants placed. Dr Hollabaugh and his wonderful, kind staff were amazing again. I really appreciated the follow up call from the doctor this evening. The upbeat, compassionate, and caring Doctor and his staff were so good to me and helped me every step of the way to feel comfortable with my high dental anxiety. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely wonderful facility with the sweetest staff. I was fortunate to be referred to them and they got me in the same day! After months of terrible tooth pain and 4 dentist multiple appointments, they got me in the same day and had the removal done in less than 30 minutes. I'm seriously so grateful. 10/10 Highly recommend.
