Sunrise Dental

I was on holiday in Las Vegas and had quite severe pain in my mouth. Somehow there had been a mixup at the original dentist that I had called and booked in with (See my other review), and I was sent to Sunrise Dental instead. Obviously when I turned up there was no record of the appointment as it was a mistake on the other dentists part. However, I was extremely pleased that they were able to see me straight away. Sunrise Dental had initially said it would be $90 to have the x-rays done, and any further costs would be discussed before work was carried out. After I’ve had the X-rays done, they needed to take more X-rays. They said that there would be no charge for this. Because I was close to the time I was returning back to the UK, I opted for a course of antibiotics and pain relief for which they gave me the prescriptions at no extra charge. I was super impressed at their ability to fit me in with no notice, and furthermore that the only charge was $90. Very pleased with the service I received.

Very unprofessional place and dilapidated facilities. I had scaling done and my molar was cracked and chipped. This place is an absolute disgrace and there are many good dentists in Las Vegas these days.

Efficient, competent, caring and on time. They gave me a next day appointment to fill a cavity. I knew what it would cost and I respect the skills these people bring to the table. My dentist in Washington state, whose practice I’ve been with for twenty years, didn’t have an opening for two weeks—their practice in the recent past was to evaluate my problem and make another appointment for a filling in yet another week. I’m very happy with this office. All the other patients that I saw in the waiting area had no complaints.

Dr. Lam has been my dentist for the past ten years. She's really amazing and gentle, and the staff are really nice as well. I highly recommend this place.

So they charged me 109 (after explaining it was an emergency, massive pain in my mouth) to tell me I had gum disease, and that it would be an extra 4k to fix. Literally "these are early warning signs, we can fix this easy" and then financial came in to tell me they wouldn't help unless I could pay. Gave me a care credit pamphlet and sent me out the door. Dentists are scams.

Very friendly clinical staff and Dr Lam. Very attentive dental care and I feel so comfortable. I shall continue to visit Sun Rise Dental. Dr and staff speak my language ( 廣東話）Cantonese.

Awesome service. They got me in for some emergency dental work within an hour with no appointment. The techs and the doc were very personable and through. Thank you Sunrise Dental!
