Hollywood Smile Dental

Very disappointing experience. I was referred by my customer. They did a root canal and the crown fell off 4 times. Dr. Kim is not very personable. The office staff needs to have lessons in customer service. The assistants don't really know what they are doing. From the root canal I developed an infection and the pain unbearable. I went in and another dentist worked on me and I was there for 2 hours. The prognosis was to extract the tooth. However, he took my blood pressure and advised me because my blood pressure was elevated he wouldn't do it. I suffered with the pain For 4 days. I went back to my original dentist. She extracted it without taking my blood pressure. I was do relieved. I advise you not to go to this dentist especially if you have an emergency. If I could give them a zero I would.

Highly recommend Hollywood Smile Dental for all of your dental needs. Dr. Kim is the BEST dentist that I have ever had. Always goes the extra mile to see that your dental care is managed properly. Technicians and staff are very professional and friendly. Never left waiting for my appt. Office is very clean as well.
