They were always courteous despite my arriving late. All the people in office were understanding I appreciated that more. If it was a problem they didn’t tell me. Seemed to be an updated as it relates to technology. Dr was very efficient and thorough. Have a 2nd appointment today.

Advanced Dental Arts is by far one of the best dental offices I have had the privilege attending. The staff are very professional , courteous, kind, and respectful. They are prompt with scheduling next appointments, checking you in for your appointments, sending and responding to emails, and following up with you on any information you need. The Dentist assistants extends that same politeness and courteousness nature to the patients. They help you feel comfortable and at ease at every moment during and after procedures. They assist the Dentist will grace and teamwork. The Dentists are professional, kind, and possess a wide range of knowledge and care for their artistry and patients concerns. If you looking for a Dental office that you can depend on; Advanced Dental Arts is that place.

Please don't insult my intelligence. You had months to take care of the issue and you didn't. Humana did claim their money back which you should not have billed in the first place. Stop pretending you cared about this you know you did not. I will let people know of your sketchy business practices. Had you reached out and followed up with the multiple times I tried to reach you and addressed the situation, I assure you things would have taken a different turn in how I handled this review. You NEVER reached out to me. I want to make that perfectly clear. Stop posting excuses. Take ownership of this. Everytime you post a lame apology or excuse, it just boils my blood. You completely ignored every time I called over and over again. Just stop and take accountability. You took money that did not belong to you for dental partials that I never got. Just own it.

Stay away from this place. I had 3 fillings done and have had to replace all three within a year. On the last filling, the dentist went in too far. I had to get an emergency root canal to to stop the migraines and sensitivity. The assistants are great but the dentist do not know what they are doing.

Very welcoming, great explanation and knowledge, listen to my issues and sort out a path for those issues… I am very happy that they gave me an appointment quickly when I called with having painful issues… I am very appreciative!

This is the best place ever! Thank nicest people and the service is too notch! My hygienist allowed me to ask questions, she gave me a tutorial on flossing and allowed me to do it with her as she gave correction. No one takes that type of time anyone. She listened to my concerns and gave me alternative that fit my lifestyle. Thank you for all you do!

I wanted to wait until I finished my treatment to leave this review, and now that I’ve officially been discharged, I can confidently say that choosing this clinic was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, I received an interdisciplinary treatment from a team that’s highly skilled, kind, and truly professional. The doctors are amazing — they explain everything clearly, never pressure you, and never suggest unnecessary treatments. They were always honest with me, and I really appreciate that. I’m very grateful to the entire team. I recommend them with complete confidence and without hesitation!
