Wonderful dental office with an amazing team. From the front desk, Valerie and Bianca are always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Dr. McLoughin is truly special — he actually takes the time to talk, listen, and explain, not rushing from one patient to another like in so many offices. A big thank you to Soheila, the doctor’s assistant, and Tehaniz, the hygienist, for their care and professionalism. This office is very customer-friendly, modern, and professional. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine I walked in waited about 30 min. Was taken to a room, all xrays were done real fast. The dental hygienist came in and checked like she was rushing. I didn't go there for cleaning I went for tooth extraction. A dentist came not even 2 min and said he couldn't take the tooth out. I would have to wait to see the surgeon. Next I was forgotten in the room for an hour no one checked on me. I had to call from my phone to their office. I told the lady they left me here and forgot about me. The front desk person came to give me prices. But no one told me anything. Then she told me that she had to let the surgeon know about me and will let me know if he can take out the teeth. But initially that's who they said would do it. It was a mess no one was clear in anything. The say they would call me the following day. Well I never got that call. I had to call them. When finally they said they couldn't take the tooth out because of medication I was taking. They never went over the medication list with me. I told im not taking any anymore. I feel I was seen to get money and that's it. I will surely never tell anyone about them. Horrible.

First time seeing a dentist in a long time. They made me feel comfortable. They were all really nice. And they took great care of my teeth. Walked out feeling great! The dental hygienist was amazing! She cleaned my teeth SO well. I wish i remembered her name so i could shout her out! Thank you!

Consumer Warning — Uniformed Service Member dependents should avoid this office. This was my first dentist visit since a traumatic wisdom tooth extraction at our previous duty station. Before receiving any treatment, I was asked to leave a 5-star Google review. The dental assistant even offered to show me how while I was still in the chair. I said I would leave a review after I received my cleaning, but here we are. I found this office through the Tricare United Concordia portal by clicking "offices accepting new patients." I scheduled a new patient appointment on February 16 for X-rays and a comprehensive exam. After which I was told I would be scheduled for a deep cleaning. Their next available appointment was April 7, 50 days later. I was never informed that appointments were booking this far out. If I had known, I would not have used my annual exam benefit here. I asked to be placed on the cancellation list. Five days later, no follow-up. I called other dental offices. They will take my X-rays, but I will have to pay for a new exam out of pocket because Smile Dentistry used my annual coverage and was not forthcoming about their limited availability. I also have to call my insurance to confirm they are not billing beyond what I received and to see if I am able to seek care elsewhere or if I am locked in to this office. 50 days for a deep cleaning. No callback. Insurance benefits at risk. Review pressure before care. I do not recommend this office. It’s greed over patient care here.

Do you think you have the best dentist? I would challenge you to check out Dr. Ibrahim because I am 65 and have 5 grown children and I’ve lived all over the country… you can imagine I’ve encountered more than a few dentists. Dr. Ibrahim without a doubt is the most interested, knowledgeable, caring, and professional dentist I have visited well … ever!! I am so grateful to have found him! His staff is equally wonderful … it’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist and they took my fear away and gave me hope and I know my mouth is going to be much healthier, my bite more effective, and my smile only better after meeting this team. No, they didn’t pay me lol … I just actually enjoyed my time in their office and that is a real blessing!! Thank you guys!!

The Dr and staff have the most amazing customer service. The staff is super friendly and the Dr goes way above and beyond to help patience understand every step of what ever is going on during EVERY visit

I had a great experience with Dr. McLaughlin. He did an amazing job on my crown and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The hygienist was wonderful as well, the cleaning was excellent. Highly recommend!
