Don’t go here unless you wanna pay 60 extra dollars for laser therapy. They won’t even see you or clean your teeth without shooting you with a laser afterwards to kill the bacteria that causes gum disease. Obviously just wait to suck another $60 out of every patient who walks through the door. Why do offices have to be this way? Why can’t they just clean your teeth?

Had a wonderful experience as a new patient at this dental practice. Everyone was warm, welcoming and efficient. I have already recommended them to friends and am looking forward to my next visit as I know my mouth/teeth/oral health is in excellent hands!

Miracle workers! I've been seeing Dr Fjeldsted for years and recently saw Dr Glackin and both are amazing. They’re thorough and patient, and have never made me feel anxious or embarrassed about my dental history. The entire team is so kind and accommodating, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely the best and kindest dentist office I've ever visited! I have very sensitive gums and a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. All of the staff is consistently patient, gentle, and supportive to make sure I have the most comfortable experience possible. I loved the dentist the assistants! They were amazing what I cannot stand is the receptionist at the front desk she just had an attitude for no reason we moved here from Florida I was actually excited to find a dentist that can work with all of my kids and myself together we went in for their initial appointment. They did great I couldn’t have been more excited. My daughter has a fear of dentist and she was actually excited to come back. The dentist said that all three kids needed something done (sealants ect) a little bit of work done not a big deal we made all of those appointments together so I only have to come in at one time thought I was good to go, and this is where the problem started. She text me to confirm some type of information, but didn’t announce who she was or the company she worked for so I straight up did not reply back because I had no idea who I was texting. We ended up coming in for the kids appointment then she tells me that my third child was not scheduled and he didn’t need anything done however, I do know exactly what the dentist told me and I kind of went back-and-forth with her because she kept back talking me. She ended up checking his chart and realize that oh he actually did need work like I told her and she rolled her eyes when she was the one in the wrong no apology nothing just Just he can come back in a month I was already really getting annoyed at this point. I was asking about appointments to have my wisdom teeth removed, and the billing manager popped out talking about. I would have to pay out of pocket for a panel, which is $75 not a big deal and then she goes rambling on about how a TRICARE is cheap and they don’t wanna pay for anything. Again really rude and unprofessional.. I ended up making the children’s next six month cleanings at their appointment that day so fast-forward six months my daughter who has some health issues ended up having to be rushed to the emergency room the day before my children’s appointment. She’s being tested for a blood disorder and had lost a tremendous amount of blood the day before her appointment We were there for several hours There was nothing I could do about it. We called and left a voicemail while we were physically in the emergency room we heard nothing back from them so we texted them So we didn’t get charged $50 per kid and could reschedule and her response was not being sympathetic or understanding but she was more worried about their two hour gap! and won’t be scheduling my children together over ONE cancelation a day before the appointment which is what they ask you to do. See don’t be coming back because of her

La Mesa Hills dentistry is by far the best dentist that I have been to. He’s very professional, caring, gentle and does wonderful work, no matter what shape you’re in when you start with them, or how anxious you are about being there. The staff is very supportive, professional, and knowledgeable. The office staff works quickly with your insurance company to ensure everything is in order. They always make you feel welcomed and you leave feeling like you were well taken care of. My entire family goes here now and I’d recommend them to everyone I know.

Is it possible to love your dentist and his staff? Yes! I have had nothing but exceptional service and pleasant experiences at La Mesa Hills Dentistry. Everyone is so caring and friendly and I actually look forward to my visits. I always leave there feeling like I’ve spent time with good friends, something I’ve not experienced at most other dental or medical offices.
