Very professional and welcoming. As soon as I entered I was greeted and about 5mins later I was ready for my appointment. The staff were kind, professional, and worked fast. My appointment was in the afternoon after work and the hours the Doctor had worked with my schedule. Dr. Shaw examined my teeth and told me the good news and bad news. What I liked was that she gave just the facts; she was confident in her professional opinion and I'm more informed on how to better take care of me teeth. I'm happy having Dr. Shaw as a dentist and I'm comfortable in knowing that the staff also have the same standard of professionalism as she does. I cant believe I'm saying this but I'm looking forward to my next dental appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Shaw for a few years now, and every time I go, Carol is always so pleasant and gentle. She listens to my concerns and adjusts my appointments to meet my crazy work schedule. I always feel my teeth are clean and well cared for. So happy with her service. I would recommend her to friends and family anytime. 🙂

I was referred to Dr. Shaw by a friend, and I’m really glad I decided to give her a try. I called to make an emergency appointment, and Carol was so friendly and helpful. She worked around my schedule and was able to get me in the very next day. I love the office—it’s clean, bright, and very welcoming. Dr. Shaw was great as well; she took her time during the exam and explained everything clearly. I now have a much better understanding of how to take care of my oral health. Highly recommend! I went in today for a Deep Cleaning. As usual they exceeded my expectations. Their Hygienist Carol is the BEST! Dr. Shaw’s staff is very welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend this Dental Office to anyone looking for a new or trying to make a change. You won’t be disappointed

Wow! What a great first experience of a high quality cleaning at Shaw Dental Group. Carol did a fantastic dental cleaning and polishing. Had multiple staffing assistants helping out. Dr. Shaw came in to explain all my concerns and left totally 100% satisfied. My new heaven place for all dental needs. Also note; Very clean and staffing all professionals . 5 plus Stars at here. Best dentist out there! Dr. Shaw and her team are wonderful very nice , informative and soft touch ! Especially Carol I have been with Carol for over 15 years and her cleaning work is the best ! They are super responsive and meet every dental need !

Went to Shaw Dental this morning for my routine teeth cleaning (for many years now). Dr. Shaw is always pleasant and professional.
