If you've ever had a bad experience, or are genuinely scared to go to the dentist, PLEASE visit Prime Dental. I was traumatized at a young age by a bad visit to the dentist and had a fear of the dentist as I got older, that all changed when I went to this location! Dr.Choe and his staff did a great job of easing me back into dental hygiene, and helped me get over my exact fear of getting shots in the gum area! Nobody likes getting shots in their gums, but believe me when I say this Dr. Choe is so gentle that you will not feel a thing! My next appointment is for a deep cleaning meaning they need to give me about six shots in my mouth to do the procedure and I'm looking forward to it like it's my next birthday! They value people here, not profits and that's officially why this is the best dental clinic in our town of La Habra!

I got dentures and they are terrible...My bottoms don't stay in no matter how much glue I put in and the dentures only have one molar in them. My uppers have a spot where there's bone sticking out and they told me they have to get approved to go in and shave down the bone...been waiting over 4 weeks now and no response back. Also there was little to no care taken to explain how to put them in, no adhesive or cleaning product to get you started. If you're on Medicaid don't bother with place.

I had a lot of work done here and every time I came to the office they were professional and friendly. They had very good prices and worked with me. Highly recommend.

I had a really absurd experience yesterday. I couldn't sleep last night because I was so upset. So I decided to write this article as soon as I woke up this morning. I'm going to write everything as it is. I had crowns on both of my molars last November. The crowns were made of zirconia. But in early October of this year, the crown on my left molar broke. I made a reservation at the dentist and the doctor said that zirconia is a very hard material and that it broke because I bit down too hard. It was an evasive statement, but I decided to understand and move on. Then the doctor told me to get crowns made of metal, which is not commonly used these days. I told him that I hate metal because it looks bad and I have an allergic reaction to it. And I asked them to make it out of gold. The price of gold crowns was more expensive than I thought, but they set the price they wanted, so I accepted and made a sample. Then I waited for 10 days and went to get the crown done yesterday. However, the staff at the front desk said that the price would be $200 more. I asked them to do it at the price they had already set, and the staff said no and blocked me from entering the treatment room. I protested, but they kept making me stand outside. Then they verbally abused me and told me to make the crown out of gold and bring it to them. How could I make a crown out of gold myself? I couldn't continue the conversation with them, so I had to go home. They only see patients as money. Since then, they have not apologized or taken any action. I will use all means and methods to protect my rights

I truly enjoyed my visit and will be making this my Dental office. The service was prompt, professional and caring. The exam was sensitive and thorough and Dr. Kim very efficient, thorough and gentle! As someone who has fainted in dentist offices previously, this was an incredibly comforting visit!

Dr. Kim was very kind and made it easy to understand what our dental and orthodontic needs were. His staff is kind and supportive. The cleaning was very quick.
