Dr. Kenneth Cho Dentistry

I recently changed from United healthcare to Humana health insurance because of the fact that Humana offers a $3000 dental policy and United healthcare offers a $1500 dental policy. At first it was challenging to find a dentist that is in the network . I called Humana , they gave me 10 names and I checked each Dentist on yelp reviews and after reading reviews about patients who have experience predatory practices and pushing them to take excessive services. I felt very comfortable with the reviews that Dr. Kenneth Cho had on yelp with five star ratings. I proceeded to call and the first person I talked to was Zulema . Her voice was very Customer Service oriented, and I felt that she was listening to my needs and what I was looking for in a dentist. She immediately assured me that she will call and verify my coverage and get right back to me. She left me a voicemail indicating that she had verified the insurance and that she would be calling me in the morning The next day we made an appointment to meet Dr. Cho for a consultation. Zulema greeted us at the front desk and gave a warm welcome ! She gave us paperwork to fill out and assured us it wouldn’t be too long before we could see Dr. Cho. She offered us water and asked us to make ourselves comfortable. She called me in first and Zulema proceeded to take the x-rays . Great multitasker front desk, x-ray, technician , finance manager, she’s amazing and all with a great positive attitude, which is rare these days. Dr. Cho examined me and was very patient and clear about what he could see for my dental treatment. He explained everything in detail gave options and made recommendations. It didn’t feel like he was pushing or belittling . I felt very comfortable and Understood the procedures clearly and the amount of time it would take to get to a better state. When it came to the finances, Zulema explained in detail what we were paying and I was amazed to see that Humana was covering 98% of my work ! After talking to my husband he was very pleased with his experience as well. The the last time I seen a dentist the charges were double ! I immediately text my insurance agent to let her know that I was very pleased with Dr. Cho and Humana plan that she helped me select. She also asked me to send the information with Dr Cho’s office in La Habra, so she could share with other insureds that she supports.

Dr. Kenneth Cho is a great doctor. He is very professional and explains procedures clearly and kindly. I really respect his honest diagnosis. The service at the front desk is also top-notch—Zulema was extremely helpful and welcoming. I’m so glad I found this place!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this office is. I was in need of dental work for a crown and my insurance was going to run out in a week as I was switching jobs. Zulema in the front office was absolutely amazing. Not only did she get me in right away but she was able to schedule all the dental work I needed in the five days I had left with my insurance. She worked me in everyday to get the work completed. I cannot thank her enough. I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist which is why I hadn’t been in a couple years but Dr. Cho did a great job with me. He took his time to explain everything and was patient with me. I had work done every day for five days and he did a great job. The office is very clean and there was never any waiting they do a great job scheduling the patients. I have already recommended Dr Cho and his staff to family members. Again his staff is what sets him apart. Great team. Dr Cho will remain my dentist. Absolutely recommend

I cannot recommend this office enough for your dentist needs. I happened to be in CA I reside in TX had a dental problem while in town- Jackie immediately got me in, took all my information and before I knew it I was in the office and the entire team were all hands on deck getting my X-rays done and getting me ready to see the doctor. Once the doctor did come in he was attentive and patient. I have never experienced a dentist that took the time to really explain what was going on and listen. He talked through all the things I needed that prior dentist have not done with me. Before I knew it Jackie was getting me scheduled mind you still last minute to get additional things I needed done to get my emergency tooth problem fixed. I cannot thank Jackie, Dr. Cho and his team for being so wonderful. I also got greeted by the best sign welcoming me in as a new patient. I left feeling comfortable and informed. Worth the trip from Texas I can say that! Thanks Dr.cho, Jackie and the entire team!

I was referred to his office by the community care office out of the the Long Beach Veterans Affair Medical Center. I'm glad they did because I received great care and treatment from Dr.Kenneth Cho staff. The staff is amazing and I am hoping to continue my dental care from his office. Love y'all's energy.

Dr.Cho was very kind as so with the staff. They all made me feel at ease. The dentist explained everything clearly and the visit was quick and painless! Highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Cho’s office is amazing! Their customer service is above and beyond. It was my first time there and I felt so welcomed. Dr. Cho explained in detail my treatment plan and what was necessary. His amazing staff made my visit so pleasant that I have finally found my dentist! Definitely recommend!!
