Aspen Dental - Killeen, TX

Came here nervous but left (and I'm coming back) satisfied, calmer and happy. All the staff was polite, profesional, understanding and kind. They were amazing! The dental assistant "Ney", was really sweet, gentle, attentive and nice! I felt at ease with her and she even spoke to me in Spanish (Is my first language). The dental hygienist was also very attentive and kind, along with the doctor "Haynes", who went through every detail and explained nicely all the process and all my questions too. They were awesome!! Also, the rest of the all staff too like the person who received me and greet me at the front and helped me with my questions patiently and was also very kind (Can't remember her name, sadly); And between them, "Nicole", who helped me by the end with explaining to me about the payment plans and the rest, this with such patience and niceness too. I felt/feel in such good care here in Aspen Dental. 100% recommended!! ☺️

All the staff are incredible! Melissa is very charming and very informative. Marcos, the hygienist walked me through step by step on the process which was outlined in the examination. Dr. Haynes did an outstanding job letting me know everything that needs to be done to make me have confidence in my smile. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a person, not a price tag. • The front desk made it happen • The hygienist? Pure gold — so kind, gentle, and real • A special thank you to the dental hygienist there and Ney for making it happen with all her great X-ray techniques and caring about my sore mouth, thanks Ney •THE DENTIST ~> A QUEEN. She handled my painful situation with grace, humor, and skill, even singing "A Whole New World" while numbing me (and yes, that injection in the roof of my mouth was intense, but she got me through it like a champ). • She didn’t rush, didn’t pressure me into costly procedures -- she listened, respected my wishes, and gave me the treatment I needed: tooth out, roots and all, stitched and done RIGHT. • When the pharmacy dropped the ball? Dr. H called me herself — on the road — and made sure my pain medication was called in to a 24-hour pharmacy. That level of care is rare and very worthy. This is the best dental office I have ever been to!!! Dr. Kimberly is not only professional she gets a 100% on her numbing and patient side techniques. Dr. Kimberly and Trisston (Dental Assistant)have the greatest energy combination, it put me at ease during my procedure. I wanna give this office 10stars! Clean. Comfortable. The right energy! Ney, Brooke, The Hygenist, Receptionist and office management were top tier( no exaggeration ) TOP TIER! My visit at Aspen Dental was an amazing experience from start to finish. Ney was extremely personable and set a welcoming tone for the entire team. The doctor, orthodontist, and manager each explained their areas of expertise clearly and thoroughly, leaving no room for confusion. How often can you honestly say, "I’m looking forward to my next dentist appointment"? This team made that possible.

The folks at Aspen Dental are so wonderful! I was nervous about returning to the dentist after some time, and Mrs. Ney, Dr. Haynes and Nick really made my time there enjoyable and comfortable. I left with excellent care and felt very pleased with my experience there! I will absolutely return for future care services.

Let me start by saying I am terrified of the dentist. I kept putting dental work off because I was so scared. I finally took a leap and just booked my appointment and chose Aspen Dental and I am so glad I did. I wish I could remember the young man that did my x-rays name, he talked me through every step and kept up great conversation. the hygienist came in next and he was so imformative, then I met Dr. Hayes and honestly she is so sweet and nice , she never made me feel uncomfortable. I got upset bc I was so embarassed that I let my teeth get bad and she reassured me and walked me through my treatment plan. Then Nick talked about my treatment plan cost and even helped me with some different payment options. Everyone was beyond sweet and welcoming and I am excited to get my dental health back on track because of this team.
