I would definitely recommend going to ACE Dental on Stan Schlueter. Liz was extremely friendly and helpful with check in. Our RDA Ja'liz was very informative and knowledgeable, along with Dr. Shah, who actually caught a mistake done by another dentist and was able to get my daughters check up and cavity fills done the same day. Which was a life saver because my daughter gets her wisdom teeth out next week. Suzy did an awesome job going over all the expenses and what what covered and not. Thank you so much ladies, we will return.

Super friendly staff & doctors! I had a great experience here dealing with wisdom tooth pain, I was taken care of SAME DAY & I feel so much relief. It was so fast, and I’m healing perfectly with no pain day 3! Everyone here was so sweet & I look forward to visiting for my follow up appointment. Thank you ladies so much!

From start to finish, this dental visit was a genuinely positive experience. The treatment was thorough and handled with real care, and the results exceeded my expectations—thank you Dr. Sonkar everything feels and looks great. The receptionists were personable, warm, and refreshingly genuine, not the scripted-smile kind. They made me feel welcomed and at ease right away, which says a lot in a place where most people show up a little tense. Professional, kind, and results-driven—this office clearly knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

I was already running behind schedule for my appointment and I called to let them know before hand. When I walked in with my 5-year-old; Liz greeted me professionally and friendly regardless of me being over 10+ mins late. Sharntral was very kind, worked well with my daughter and made it a much easier process.

I absolutely love this office. I had an emergency around Christmas. I came in and they took care of it right away. I’ve been back since for them to finish everything I need. And they do finance which is absolutely amazing. Dr. Shaw is so sweet. All of the staff is.

Love this place, everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Shah is the best very thorough and quick, she did great work when I was in the worst pain. If you need help with payments Suzy is who you need to speak to.she helped me understand the sunbit loan to the fullest.

Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. My mom had an appointment scheduled 6 months in advance for 10:00am. The day before, she received a text saying the appointment was "adjusted" but no new time was provided. She called the number in the text multiple times and only reached an AI system that promised a callback—which never happened. The morning of the appointment, she called again and was told (by AI) the appointment was now 10:30am. We arrived inside the office by 10:27am. My mom simply tried to confirm the time so she wouldn’t be marked a "no-show" (which has happened to her before). The front desk attendant, Liz, was dismissive and showed zero empathy. When my mom said Liz was being rude, Susie (assistant manager) aggressively inserted herself, denied any rudeness, and accused my mom of not answering her phone, which was false—I personally witnessed her calling repeatedly the day before. Susie then loudly argued across the office and tried to "prove her point" by calling my mom’s phone on the spot. It rang immediately and showed the office calling. Instead of apologizing, Susie said "I apologize, BUT…" and continued with excuses and blame. She even claimed my mom had "caused problems before" and threatened to cancel the appointment, all while implying we were late—despite arriving before the adjusted time. We were ultimately told my mom would not be seen, after driving 20+ minutes and wasting gas, even though there were already several people waiting and she wouldn’t have been seen exactly at her appointment time anyway. My mom and my son have been patients here for over 10 years, and this experience was unacceptable. We will no longer be using this office and will be reporting this to corporate. This situation could have been resolved with basic empathy and accountability, which Susie clearly lacks.
