Joliet Family Dental

I am very disappointed with my experience. I paid $425 upfront for a night guard and was never informed that it included only the upper guard. I reasonably assumed it covered both upper and lower teeth. This was never explained during the consultation or at the time of payment. Only at pickup was I told that the lower guard would require a separate order and additional payment. That information should have been clearly communicated before I paid. The doctor spent very little time with me, and most communication was handled by the front desk. Overall, the experience felt rushed and lacked transparency.

This place is amazing! They were able to get my son inn right away, front desk very friendly and the doctor was phenomenal!!! He was able to do in less then a hour what it was taking me me months to find near Joliet area!!! I will definitely be switching all my kids here!!!!! AMAZINGGGGG Work and staff!!

The entire facility is full of friendly knowledgeable staff, the Dr. has limited hours, however in those hours she maximizes patient services. She finished filling 2 cavities on my son, looked at her watch, noticed she had 10 minutes until her next patient and asked my son if he would like a 3rd filled, in which she did. She's caring, most people in authority or position could have just dismissed him and taken a quick break in between patients, nor her, she forged on. Great job TEAM and we thank you!

My daughter loves coming to this dentist every one she gets for her check up does a great job 🫶🏾 I highly recommend the Joliet dental office to everyone. Give them a try, you will definitely not be disappointed. The doctor's, assistants and the front end are absolutely amazing 🤩

I was very unhappy with my visit from the lack of concern when I walked in because clearly she had more important things to do besides assisting me. And I went in with a terrible toothache and left out with my whole mouth in an unbearable pain. Now I can say the gentleman at the front desk that checked me out was very compassionate however, by this time I was in so much pain I just wanted to go home to see if I could find a dentist who was open and would actually help me.

I've been going to this dental office. For a couple years now and the service, there is absolutely amazing. Everyone in the office has such bedside manners. They make you feel so comfortable. I enjoy every visit. I highly recommend the Joliet dental office to everyone. Give them a try, you will definitely not be disappointed. The doctor's the assistants. The front end Everybody is absolutely amazing if I could give him more than 5 stars. I would because they're a 10 out of 10.
