I'm moving to Tennessee from Florida, but just got here. I had to find a dentist ASAP with great reviews. I found this doctor, very nice, informative and took care of my issue. Didn't have to wait long at all. Front desk lady was very lovely and helpful. Quian, the assistant was amazing, easy to talk too, very caring. This was my first doctor here, and I will say, I was blessed to find them. I will continue my dental care with them. Very happy with their services, customer service a 10 plus and very caring doctor! This place is hands down the BEST! Such a welcoming atmosphere. I am usually seen by Dr. Qualls & staff, and every single one of them is kind, friendly, and respectful. One of the things really I appreciate with Dr. Qualls is that he is always vocal about what he is currently doing/ what to expect next when performing a procedure. It definitely adds a peace of mind. I will ALWAYS recommend people who are looking for dental work needing to be done to come here 🙂

Dr. Damron replaced a filling for me this morning and was very kind and professional as always. The staff are very kind as well and they explain everything that they are doing. This is a great place, especially if you have anxiety going to the dentist.

Dr. Qualls, was very kind and informative. I came in with pain and he took the time to explain my options clearly and focused on relieving my pain as quickly as possible. I really appreciated the care I received. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. I was in significant pain and they made room for me the same day. Truly excellent care when I needed it most.

JC Smiles member program is the way to go! I had been without a dentist for quite a while and needed a lot of work done. Dr. Qualls and staff helped me by giving me a dental care plan and guiding me through the process. All the staff is very friendly and they made me feel welcome. Also, Lan is the BEST at fillings, she does an excellent job and I will not use anyone else as long as she is available. Two of my boys have started using their services as well and they had an awesome experience as well. I highly recommend JC Smiles!
