Ideal Dental Johns Creek

This is my primary dentist and they always get me going great! Had a bunch of cavities filled, multiple cleanings, and one crown replacement, and every time the dentist and assistants were always super friendly and helpful. Sometimes they will call you to reschedule an appointment because they decide to close sometimes, but it's not the biggest deal, they always give you time to reschedule if need be. My newest visit was a cleaning and more X-Rays, and the assistant Ixchel was super funny and nice. Great place, great people 🙂

I really love this practice here at John’s Creek ! I want to be upfront ! I swap from Buford location to this location because of Dr. Ganapati’s unprofessional behavior and undermining behavior towards her patients. I also noticed how she was overworking her staff who are supposed to be her team ! She had no consideration of time and I can’t imagine why half of the staff has either quit or move! It was a very pleasant surprise to see Ixchel , Dr. Vishnu ( who I requested to be my doctor ) and Taylor ! They are a fabulous team and they care about the needs and concerns of their patients! I am hoping Claudia will also join this amazing team here at John’s Creek !! Here at John’s Creek you will not be overcharged and see a charge of over $1000’s ! I please ask the regional office to take a look onto Dr. Ganapati’s work and the way that she treats her staff and patients

The dentist was very gentle on my sensitive teeth and made sure I was comfortable. I’m very pleased with my experience! Staff was super friendly and welcoming.

5 stars out of 5 stars. I would especially like to give props to Cornell. He was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional from the moment I was welcomed in. A great guy and I am sure he is a role model that others look to.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. All of the staff, including Naomi, Cornell, and Dr. Choi, were incredibly kind, took the time to clearly explain everything, and thoughtfully answered all of my questions~

Updated-I spoke with their manager last Tuesday and she told me to call her back next Tuesday. I called and the office is not even open! What dentist office will charge insurance $600+ for a regular exam and cleaning? I have been calling them for two months! This office is on my in network insurance, so I went there to do the cleaning. I switched to another dental office with a better service and I was told my insurance has already been used for more than six hundred dollars. I was totally shocked. All I did in this office was regular cleaning and X-rays. They charged my insurance for $600 for ONE regular cleaning. Now I have to pay more out of pocket to do my root canal cause not much covering amount left for my insurance. I don’t recommend this place. I have been calling the dental office and my insurance for over a month. No one can resolve my billing issue. The phone call always transferred to their corporate office and no one answering the phone! WOW just called again and the phone got disconnected. Then no one answering the phone anymore! Unbelievable

Absolutely incredible staff, office, and services! I’ve been to dental spas before, but this place surpasses them all. From the moment I walked in, Kamika and the entire team made me feel completely at ease. I struggle with anxiety and sometimes feel ashamed about my dental health, but there was zero judgment here—only kindness, support, and expert care. Dr. Pak, the dentist himself was just as amazing, taking the time to explain my treatment plan in a way that made everything clear and manageable. They truly care about their patients, checking in with me throughout my visit to ensure I was comfortable. Plus, they offer flexible payment plans, which made it possible for me to get the care I needed without financial stress. If you’ve ever felt nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place for you. I left feeling not just cared for but genuinely excited about my dental health. I feel really beautiful being able to smile without thinking about it first. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!
