Dr. Chon is an excellent dentist whose priority is not only his patients’ dental health but also mental health. As someone who is very nervous about any dental procedures, he took the time to thoroughly explain any procedures and his assistant Jessica was excellent in providing reassurances/care during the visit. His office was also very modern, equipped with the latest dental tech. Also, a special shoutout to his wife Teri who was not only very kind but also very thorough in explaining any billing issues. Thank you SO much Dr. Chon and the team for everything!

I don’t normally write reviews unless the experience is negative; however, the experience and treatment that I received from Dr. Chon and his staff was awesome and warrants an exception. Dr. Chon and his staff treated me as if I were family and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. They followed up to check in on me several times after my treatment. My teeth were in rough shape and Dr. Chon showed me patience and understanding. My visit was virtually painless and he was able to correct the issue with my teeth and get me smiling again. I highly recommend Dr. Chon as your family’s dentist.

Out of all the dentists I’ve been to, Dr. Chon and his team are by far the best. The office uses the latest technology and treatments to ensure accurate, efficient diagnoses. During my procedure, Dr. Chon consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Adrianna was also excellent—careful, professional, and attentive. My regular dentist! Doctor Chon is always informative on best hygine methods when asked and gives the best advice for dental care. He never would overcharge for anything and always stays honest with all his practices. The hygenists are also amazing and thorough with the teeth cleaning. Will be coming back every year!

Dr. Chon and his team are amazing! The office has advanced scanning tools that make exams quick and easy. My cleaning was completely painless, and the staff was super friendly and professional. I’ve been coming to Dr. Chon’s office since January, and while the staff continues to be very friendly and the office is clean and modern, I’ve had a few concerns after continuing treatment here. During my first exam, they mentioned I might be grinding my teeth while sleeping and suggested a mouth guard — even though I had shared that I clench my jaw during Jiu Jitsu and heavy lifting. I also brought up a small gap forming in my front teeth, and Invisalign was recommended. I was initially told that my insurance would cover $1,500 of it, which helped me decide to move forward. Unfortunately, at my next visit, they said it wasn’t covered after all, and I had to pay the full amount. They did allow me to pay in installments, which I appreciate, but it wasn’t what I expected. Just had my 6-month cleaning, and they applied fluoride treatment without asking or letting me know it wasn’t covered by insurance — another out-of-pocket cost I didn’t plan for. Bottom line: the care is good, and the staff is kind, but the office needs to improve transparency when it comes to pricing and insurance coverage. Clear communication up front would really help patients make more informed decisions.
