I’ve been a patient at Irvine Modern Dentistry for over 10 years, and the care has always been exceptional. The hygienists are incredibly gentle and thorough, which I really appreciate. Dr. Tseng is thoughtful, detailed, and always makes sure not just my dental health—but my overall health—is in good shape. I consistently feel well cared for and highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience at Irvine Modern Dentistry today. The front office staff were very friendly and made the check-in process smooth. I came in to fix a chipped molar, and the procedure was quick and completely painless. Dr. Tsang was patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, as well as give helpful recommendations for my dental care. The office itself is clean, modern, and feels brand new. Overall, a very pleasant visit — highly recommend!

What fabulous people and what a wonderful office. Came here after a different practice told me I needed a filling and a crown replaced--after a particularly rough and painful cleaning. The front desk staff worked to make sure I had everything in place for my check-up, and then let me know how many cleanings my insurance covered as well. I received a tour of the practice and also details about their very stringent sterilization processes (appreciated!). The dentist and assistants were also simply wonderful and kind--and confirmed I did NOT, in fact, need either a crown replaced or a new filling. Looking forward to my cleanings at Irvine Modern Dentistry--they are absolutely the best!

Irvine Modern Dentistry has the best staff! Everyone is very friendly and always willing to support and give you plenty of options. My daughter has a ton of work needed and she was really scared. They booked a special day for her to come in and be sedated. The doctors and staff were so patient and kind with her. We have coming here for years. Currently we are paying out of pocket due to insurance spikes. But we would not want to go anywhere else. We’ve been "spoiled" with kindness for this amazing practice. Thanks for all you guys do and have done for our family. ♥️

The office is beautiful, the assistants are really nice, and my mouth always felt fresh after a cleaning. Front desk is always helpful and understanding. However, I have to echo the other two low reviews, and I'm unsure if it's incompetence from Dr. Tsang or not. I had a crown put in and two fillings done. The crown brings me pain daily when biting/eating. The fillings were poorly done (or felt poorly when they were being done I am not a dentist). Equipment popped out of my mouth, he seemed frustrated and rushed (scolded his assistant while tools were in my mouth), and I was sitting in the chair for 2+ hours. At one point, I could feel sensation from my nerve endings because I wasn't numb enough. The tooth is hard to floss now and brings me a good bit of pain. At my next checkup, I asked if this tooth could be examined. They x-rayed it and said it was fine. I repeated that flossing the tooth brought me pain, and Dr. Tsang continued to attempt to floss the tooth five more times (???) with a lot of force, which obviously hurt. He said I can get the fillings redone if it still bothers me and that he would follow up in two weeks. He never did. I will be going to another dentist from now on.

Been a patient for 15+ years for a reason. Nice people, great service, and knowledgeable professionals. A model how to run a successful dental practice. I’ve introduced my whole family to Dr. Tsang and glad I did.

I don't write reviews much on Google, but I felt that this dental office is just too good not to share. Not only is it clean and high-tech, I just genuinely enjoy interacting with everyone here. You can really tell that they care about your health and not just your dental health. During one visit it was noted that my blood pressure was unusually high, and they encouraged me to go see my doctor. I'm really glad I did because it was a problem I had no idea I had, and now I'm on the right track to lower it! I never feel like I'm pressured into doing extra procedures as a money-grab, and I they work really hard to make you feel comfortable through your entire visit. You can watch Netflix, there's various pillows and blankets you can request, lip balm if you ever get yours (me always) and it's just a great experience overall. This is why, despite this office falling out of network a couple years ago, I still continue to come here. The quality of care here is just unmatched and I would definitely recommend choosing this place for your dental needs.
