I always receive amazing service from the ortho team and the doc! They are super friendly and it’s a nice environment. They are ALL super attentive and do things safely and carefully. The front ladies are very helpful and truly do mean well to help you out with any miscommunication or misunderstandings. They thoroughly explain and offer solutions to any issues. Overall, my experiences there have been positive and just what I need 😁

My visit at Western dental was flawless from the start of my appointment to the end. Front desk check in was a breeze and service with a smile! Viola did a great job of explaining my treatment in detail. Dr. Galvan was just was great as Viola! He made sure I got the right treatment and work done. And last but not least I can forget to mention Christina, thank you for taking your time and making sure everything got handled properly and in a timely manner. Can’t thank the staff enough for their attention to detail! Highly recommended!!!

At first my experience at Western Dental was rough. I was scheduled by their reservations team which is off site and maybe out of country at a time where they do not see new patients for general. I was a little upset but the genuine response from the team was extremely encouraging. They said let’s get you in tomorrow at your earliest convenience and get you seen. They set me up and got me in with the best. I was first taken by by Johnny who did X-rays. He asked if about my current situation, coverage, discomfort, and took the time to get to know my needs. He then responded with solutions and ways to help me save money. Johnny expressed the importance of dental health and how important it is to be covered by insurance. He also touched on the braces I had on. He said his team could remove the braces I had on and get me set up same day if I was willing to review cost and work something out with his manager. Next I met Dr. Aloka who is the most gentle dentist, with the best bedside manner. He asked me about my pain and sympathized with me and really put himself in my shoes. Treated me as his own. Protect this man at all cost. He must be the absolute best dad ever. Enter Christina. Who is truly an angel on this earth. I told Christina about how I have applied and applied for medical and haven’t had any luck. I had no insurance and was freaked out about the insane price of dental procedures and the thought of going without it due to financial constraints. Christina went over ways we could work together to find a solution that would work for me as their patient and them as the professionals. Poor thing probably got asked every question in the book by me but I wanted to make sure if I was to invest in this that it was the right choice for me. She assured me it was something I could afford and showed me my options. She stayed late and didn’t leave until every question was answered and no stone was left unturned. That is care. And we can’t forget Miss. Alma!!! My baby!! I just know her and I are going to be besties at every braces appointment. She makes me excited to come get my teeth worked on. I’ve always had a fear of dentist but with Alma i feel calm and like I’m at a spa day. She helped me change my prospective from need to WANT to get my teeth together! Your employees are your biggest asset and when you have a great team you get great customers. Although, the reservation team did mess up my appointment the first time around, the actual clinic not only recovered my appointment but showed me what dentistry is actually supposed to look like. Went to Western Dental & Orthodontics in Indio today to get my braces removed. Would definitely reccomend coming to this location! LEO the assistant in the back was amazing & very careful when removing my braces. He made me feel safe and comfortable. Definitely recommend him and the clinic for any of you dentistry needs.

I got to say that my experience at this western dental was really amazing!!! dr Knapp and Christian Lopez and staff treated me with the most respect. They were super professional and knowledgeable. Dr Knapp and Christian performed my deep cleaning and they were amazing. I appreciate it They went above and beyond for my treatment and staff was professional! Thank you again 🙏
