Gentle Dental Indio

I Went to the office last week, & I could honestly say the receptionist should be more welcoming. She Didn’t smile upon arriving , & it was mostly a one sided conversation with her. The wait time was minimal, the lobby was clean and neat I loved that. Rosa took care of my son for his X-rays and cleaning. I love how attentive , friendly, charismatic charming person she was with us. Despite being my son’s first time at the dentist, she made me feel so welcomed and my son loved the care she gave us. If only there were more people like her that would be amazing. The dentist who came to review the X-rays films was not so welcoming , and she didn’t acknowledge I was there. She didn’t greet upon arrival nor did she say what her name was. She only said three words and that was that. I found it rude, as someone who is that line of work should at least have some courtesy to present herself and say more than 3 words in that visit. Over all, having Rosa take care of us that day made the visit delightful.

I appreciate the service of Rosa the dental assistant. She’s very kind and welcoming making sure the patient is doing okay at all times and reassuring the patients through procedures. Her bright and sweet personality lights up the whole clinic. I would appreciate if the dental doctor would take the time to at least greet the patients and say hi. I found it rude that the doctor didn’t acknowledge my presence and just started working on my teeth. I get that they run on a busy tight schedule but it’s necessary etiquete to at least greet your patients.

Friendly, caring staff. Dr Pham is the best dentist I ever had. She’s caring, friendly and very professional. I no longer go to my dentist appointments feeling nervous or anxious. My daughter loves her too.

4.8 Would of been a 5 all around except they were late seeing us on our 1st visit but I understood n waited. The care was awesome, Miguel was so nice, patient and kind to my child and Melissa exactly the same with my son. The front dest girls were so nice as well.

I was impressed with the care I received making sure I was comfortable and not stressed or in pain. During the procedure the doctor spoke to me letting me know what he was doing and why. You lived up to your name "Gentle Dental".

Great service and very good dental hygienist. She teaches me how to better clean my teeth and shows different tactics. Very detailed and gentle.

Gentle dental is a great example of what all dental offices should be like, very clean and presentable. I definitely recommend for adults and children of all ages. Prices are alittle high. And they work with insurance too.
