It was very pleasant from the service desk to the technicians. Dr. Justin Garner is very easy to talk to and he's very gentle while he is using his dental equipment. I was waiting for some kind of pain to strike my gums, but it never happened. I would highly recommend him and his whole staff to be your dental office.

Finding a dental office in the Independence area that could truly accommodate a family of six felt impossible for years. I’m extremely particular about patient care and the integrity of an office,from front desk staff who make scheduling effortless, to hygienists and dental assistants who are knowledgeable, calm, and communicate flawlessly. This office exceeds expectations at every level. I am blown away by the professionalism, organization, and genuine care shown by the entire team. My family‘s last dental office was nice the first few appointments, then turned into an absolute mess unorganized, rushed, and lacking follow through. I canceled all my appointments and my family‘s appointments and found is Justin Garner Dentistry! My daughter being in significant pain after a filling we made an appointment. During Dr. Gardner’s thorough examination , he noticed bubbles in the tooth that had been filled. He exhausted every possible option to avoid a root canal, and when it became necessary, he didn’t just treat her he followed up. He personally checked in on her days after the appointment, got her scheduled quickly, and continued to monitor her progress to ensure her pain was fully relieved. This was all during the holiday season, which makes it even more impressive. I have never seen this level of dedication, attentiveness, and follow-through from a dentist. Ever. I am beyond grateful that my entire family is now under the care of this office. If you are choosing a dentist based on reviews, stop scrolling. You’ve found it. This practice has top-tier staff, exceptional care, and Dr. Gardner is without question the GOAT of dentists. The kind who sets the standard, raises the bar, and makes you wonder why all healthcare can’t be done this way.

I’ve known Dr. Garner for years, but he truly reminded me why I trust him. I broke a tooth and had an abscess, and he got me in the same day. Even though I’ve always feared the dentist, he treated me gently, quickly, and with so much care. His staff was warm and reassuring from the moment I walked in. I left feeling relieved and grateful. I highly recommend him—especially if you struggle with dental anxiety.

This is by FAR the best experience I’ve had with a dentist and dental staff. Dr. Garner takes time with his patients, and his hygienist and staff are top notch! Everyone is so gentle and kind. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Doctor Garner, runs a smooth operation and is an excellent dentist. I had some major dental work done and his team checked on my progress to make sure I was doing well.. His staff is exceptional in helping you feel comfortable, explaining the process and your benefits. I recommend him all the time!

Dr. Garner and his staff were great with my 6-year-old daughter. She was scared before coming, but her cleaning went well and everyone made her feel comfortable. She was also excited to receive a goody bag at the end of her appointment.
