I can say everyone from receptionist to the dentists are amazing. They truly walk you through every step in the most honest and caring way. Front desk staff called me to see if I wanted to move my appointment up and to check on how I was doing since my appointment was a little ways out.(My schedule was limited not the offices.) The hygienist took her time to be thorough yet gentle to not cause pain. They have any and every thing you can think of to make each patient comfortable in their own way. They have different options so each patient can afford the dental care they need. I will be returning and plan to have all future dental work done here. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Everyone was very friendly & made me feel comfortable. As someone who dreads going to the dentist they eased all my anxiety. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way I understood what they were saying. They took the time to let me know how to schedule future appointments to get my maxium insurance benefits. I would definately recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

I had an appointment this morning at KC Smiles and Co. and let me just say, I have never felt as comfortable at a dental office as I did there today. They were so nice the entire time and I felt like I was being listened to. They have so many different amenities to make their patients feel as comfortable as possible. They set me up with a very affordable treatment plan and they made sure that I was satisfied with everything. The quality of this office is remarkable! Definitely my go to from now on. I plan to recommend this place to everyone that I know.

I came in for fillings today. I have severe dental anxiety, so I made sure to book my procedure with nitrous oxide. I made this appointment 3 weeks ago, so it has been on the books awhile. I show up today, and as the sweet receptionist checks me in she stops when she notices that I am down for nitrous oxide. I asked if something was wrong, and she quietly went around the corner and chatted with someone. Then she came back assuring me everything was fine and got me checked in. It was weird but I didn’t question it. Maria got me back into the room and was very sweet and kind. When I sat down she asked if I was here for my fillings with nitrous oxide. I confirmed. She told me lots of stories and we gossiped for an awhile, I thought she could just tell that I was nervous and was trying to get me to relax a bit. I soon found out that it was seemingly just to get me to let my guard down. It wasn’t until I had a numbing topical ointment all inside of my mouth, and the procedure was about to be started, that I was notified they couldn’t do nitrous oxide today because the dentist just found out she was pregnant. They waited until I was numbed up, about to get shots in my mouth, to notify me of this. The receptionist clearly knew from the second I arrived, and so did Maria. After I began having an anxiety attack and crying I was left in the room for a bit while they figured it out. Fortunately, they eventually ended up agreeing to do nitrous for me today. The procedure itself went great and I am very happy with the result. For that reason, I will not be giving a super low rating as I am happy with the work that was provided. For me, trust is a big thing, especially at the dentist due to my past dental trauma. If a service that was scheduled couldn’t be performed, I should’ve been notified immediately and given options to reschedule or go to their sister clinic instead. But they stalled me, deceived me, and chose to notify me at the last possible moment while I was already numbed up. It seemed as if they planned to spring it on me last moment so I would feel forced to agree to it, not cancel, and they could get paid. I am very picky about dentists, hence why I haven’t gone to one in the past two years. I finally felt as if I found a reputable place that cared about their patients. As a clinic that seems to go out of their way to make patients comfortable, this situation really astounded me. I felt manipulated and disrespected to be completely honest. Their work was really good though, and honestly I may go back if I really need dental care in the future. But I just wanted to share my story as I feel like it was extremely unprofessional patient care. I’m disappointed in the way I was treated today, and I hope they do better in the future.

I absolutely love Dr. Christian and the entire team! It’s my family’s favorite place to get our smiles checked and taken care of. The office is incredibly comforting, and they truly go above and beyond to help patients feel at ease—because let’s be honest, the dentist can be nerve-wracking. From TVs to lip balm, blankets, ear plugs, and so many thoughtful touches, they make comfort a priority. The staff is always kind, friendly, and understanding. Thank you all for being so amazing!
