Run away from this place. Bad bad customer service, rude and over charge patients. They never listen to the patients, only need money. They have closed few yelp accounts when they get bad review, so pathetic. You could definitely see the history how many people were upset with this place and how many accounts they have closed so far. How many yelp account are you going to open under this business?. This place should go out of business, so many fraud charges that this office is doing. Be aware before you walk in to this place. I will tell my family and family not to come to this place. Safe your life, money and times to see other good dentist and orthodontist where they are honest to you about works they do and correct charges. An owner of this place name Paula, she just acts like an account manager, she works directly with money going in and out and lie to people. They even lie that this place has changed the owner!! Really!!! same Paula is still there. It was a big mistake for getting braces here, the doctor only come in one day a week (just Tuesday) serious. What kind of service is it? Doesn’t give a flexibility schedule to patients, I have to make my schedule fit with their stupid schedule. My brackets broke for so many times and couldn’t get it fix months later. The wire cut my mouth for months, and couldn’t see an orthodontist when it was an emergency. I had to wait until they have someone available to fix it. No emergency schedule for patients. What a mess with this place. Honestly, if I knew how terrible before hand, I would never come to do any service and let them over charge me. I will report this place to BBB. What a terrible place I ever waste my life and my money here.

STAY AWAY!! I don't know what happened to this place. I've been going there for years along with my friends and family. My last visit I was told that I need two back filling replaced with porcelain?? The female dentist told me that it's something my insurance won't cover, but the front office has a good deal for me. I told I couldn't afford anything at the moment and she said that my teeth might break in 6 days or 6 months, but I needed to have this done ASAP. When I got to the front, they told me that I get 50% off the procedure for both teeth. Instead of $1500.00 a tooth, it is going to cost me ONLY $750.00 a tooth!!! I just got a second opinion and the dentist told me that he couldn't find anything wrong with either tooth!!! He said I need a cleaning which I just got from this place. Rip off place and I hope this review helps.

Dr Shah and her team are so amazing. I have been seeing the her for 3 years, and I really appreciate the time they take to explain options and costs when dental work is needed. Dr Shah provides proactive recommendations to her patients around teeth grinding, cavities, use of fluoride, and overall care. The new building is beautiful and I was so excited to see that all of her amazing staff. They are great with all ages and gentle enough for all those who fear the dentist.

this place is truly something else. I first came here about 1 year ago. from the get go they messed up on my treatment. I had to keep going going back for a dentist to fix it or adjust it. every time I went back, I saw a different dentist every time and everyone of them, talked poorly about the previous dentist that had seeing me. they gave me a filling when it should have been a root canal and a crown and they didn't properly clean out the cavity the first time around. they messed up so bad that they started giving me discounts (according to them) on everything I needed. they had to replace the crown because the dentist left an open margin and I was allergic to the silver material. I had to pay an extra $300 on top of the original $750 I had already paid for that crown. I asked why. the answer I got was "DO YOU WANT A DISCOUNT ON TOP OF A DISCOUNT?" and they couldn't explain where the $300 difference was coming from. her words exactly were "its just different". didn't show me paperwork and I didn't even get a receipt. all I wanted was for someone to break the charges down for me. nobody was able to tell me why I was spending more money on something the previous office manager said it was going to be replaced free of charge. I just saw a new dentist and he told me there is something wrong with an in lay that DENTAL ASSOCIATES OF HUNTINGTON BEACH did. not surprised. terrible experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

You will quickly realize this Dentists office has a few scams going on here. I’ve seen it happen with a few people from work and when my boss and I put a call into our insurance Co.to verify , they informed us just how much $$$$ we were getting ripped off for! Beyond rude office staff . I know a lady who has worked there for a very long time . She even confirmed how corrupt they are .

I needed front veneers apparently, and they each cost $1000 porcelain veneers too. After having them in for 3 days one came off. And it was embarrassing to have to walk around missing a veneer with the shaved tooth showing. This wasn't just a one time deal either happened again a week later, same tooth. A year later was eating cookie and a different veneer fell out. Had it finally put in after some time and guess what, I was eating pizza and not one but 2 veneers broke! And guess who has a date in 2 days. I'm definitely never going to them. And of course I stopped paying the care credit bill because I'm not paying for terrible work. I'm going to a different dentist tomorrow and hopefully he can fix it. I've never felt as depressed and sad as I do n9w because I may have to call off my date to avoid looking ugly and having a terrible smile because of the horrendous work these people have done.

These people are ruthless rip offs! Even the elderly!!! Here is how their scam works. First they lure you in with their unbelievable low price specials. Then they do an exam and find as many things to do as possible to your teeth. Then they generate this huge print out with unbelievably overpriced itemized charges for all the different things that they're going do. Then they will try to calm you down because they say they have financing to help you pay for it. They say it's 0% interest and everybody gets approved. Now that should be a red flag in itself. Who gives 0% financing unless the person hast excellent credit? The reason they can charge 0% is because they overcharged you massively on the work that they do. They then will take you into a room like a car dealer and try to pressure you into signing. They disguise the outrageous prices they charge by telling you the attractive monthly payment. Everybody acts so nice over there but they are greedy greedy bloody greedy people with no conscience!! You end up in debt for years unnecessarily! They will even pull this scam on elderly people like my mom who was 93 at the time. But I did not fall for their scam thank God.DONT FALL VICTIM!!! They even were ready to put my elderly mother under full sedation when that is extremely dangerous and was unnecessary. These people are bad bad bad people that have no conscience. Stay away from these people. I went to other dentists and got things done for a fraction of the price that they tried to charge. I'm talking about 60 to 80% lower prices!!!!
