Cosmetic and Dental Implant Center

I've been going to Dr. Trinh and Dr. Tuan for over ten years and I notice their staff have been with the office just as long or longer. This tells me the doctor treats the staff like family. In turn, the doctors and staff will make you feel like family too. I always feel welcome visiting the office and I always receive their best attention. The CDIC team will treat you like family and provide you with the best care.

Dentist here. Closed my practice when the pandemic hit, so I brought my kids to Dr. Trinh. Now that I'm practicing again, you'd figure I would take care of my own children again right? Wrong. Neither will let me work on them and will only see Dr. Trinh. A little hit to the pride? Sure. A real kick in the nuts? Absolutely. But I can't argue because he's that good and his staff is always on point. I'm still better, but apparently, that's debatable. Just kidding, doc. If you're a clinician and having a difficult time with your own progeny, Dr. Trinh is your man.

This place has the worst customer service. They called to tell me that I’m overdue for cleaning and when I called to schedule appointment they said there next available appointment would be four months out which wouldn’t make sense to call me in the first place. Each time I questioned my bill I would get another balance. They’ll rip you off if they know you have PPO and good dental insurance. When I try to talk to the dentist about my concerns the girls in the front desk would make excuses that he isn’t available. It’s sad that the dentists loose patience because of the staff he has managing the front desk.

Dentist was knowledgable, professional, and most importantly skillful. I came in to take care of two cavities and he did an excellent job in filling them. The front desk staff were kind, polite and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I have been going to Cosmetic Dental Implant center for several years. I chose it originally because it was so close to work. It has proven to be so much more. They have always been flexible, and given me the best options for treatment. The front office is friendly and helpful, and the entire staff has been great. I love the fun and family atmosphere there as well.

Dr. Trinh and his staff are always wonderful! We have been going there since my oldest was a baby. Now she’s 13 and my son is 10, and they both love going to the dentist as much as I do! I can’t say enough good things about how kind, patient, and helpful they are with all of us. I highly recommend this office for people of all ages. 🙂
