This is my second visit to StoneCreek Dental and the service and care has been fabulous! The staff really do go above and beyond! I saw Lisa on this visit who has been with the branch for many years and she did everything and more to make sure that I felt at ease and that the right information was given to me. Dr. Chambers and Leslie are absolutely the best. They took their time explaining my dental treatment plan and were incredibly patient and thorough. They were just as kind and patient with my husband, answering all of his many questions.

My husband, Cameron, and I have been patients of Anja Crews for at least 25 years. She.is like one of our family members. She is an excellent hygienist who makes coming to the dentist fun. We love her.

Today I realized why I never went back there 2 years ago. The services are extremely expensive and although my insurance says preventative care is covered 100%. I was notified of a charge walking out the door. Apparently they did a fluoride treatment and some other treatment without notifying me of the cost. The woman at the front desk had an attitude about it like it was her money expressing that I "need" to pay them. She did not explain the charges just that I needed to pay them. The dental hygienist was really sweet however just like when you go get an eye exam when they are going to charge you extra for dilation they notify you before any additional charges before they perform the services. I asked her specifically about the fluoride treatment the only thing she stated was that it helped with cavities and protecting your teeth. Never mentioned they charged for it and the other charge I’m still not sure what it was for the lady said for their integrity and compliance or something like that. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said the dental hygienist don’t handle money in the back. I will NEVER go back there again!! Every-time I have gone they have come up with some astronomical prices and bad customer service. No I would not recommend that anyone goes there either.
