I booked an appointment for cleaning and checkup. But they asked me to come back for another appointment as Hygienist was busy serving other patients, they said that they didn’t have time for assessment and cleanup. They should have communicated this before. Otherwise doctor was good and explained well.

Fraudulent billing practices. Billed me and insurance for a treatment I didn't get. After a harassing call from billing dept, it took the office manager two weeks to call back. After several conversations, she admits they billed incorrectly and will fix it. Two months later, I'm still getting calls from their corporate billing office and the office manager Cindy-apparently the only person who can address it- won't call me or their corporate office back. They never responded to the BBB or the Oregon Board of Dentistry complaints I filed in Dec. No issues with their hygienists or dentist, just with their billing.

I went in asking about a new patient appointment front desk julie was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The other ladies there seemed super helpful with other patients. took Julie over 30 minutes just to set up an appointment that was never even made. Had to call to verify and the told me I never had an appointment scheduled. i got asked a bunch of questions by julie that were unnecessary and for what? will never try to set up an appointment with them kept asking me if i was a established patient when i had told her twice I am not. she is very confused and unaware of what she is doing. Bright Now Dental please get better receptionist my best wishes.

Bright Now Dental Tanasbourne location going downhill for a long time!! Been going here for 10 plus years but just keeps getting worse and worse. Went in for a crown on October 1st, 2025 and they did a temporary crown. Glue left all over on the roof of my mouth and front tooth. Next appointment scheduled for permanent crown on October 22nd, three weeks later. A couple days before my appointment They Left a text message saying I needed to call and reschedule. Took me three days to get through to talk to someone and finally scheduled a new appointment from Julie at the front desk for Friday October 24th. I let her know there were issues with all the glue left in my mouth. Showed up 10 minutes early on the 24th and they said no dentist was scheduled on the 24th and I would have to reschedule again. Let them know I was not happy as this would be my 3rd time scheduling for this. None my fault. Receptionist did not really care. Rescheduled for Monday October 27th at 9 am. Their systems are down, the X-ray machine is down so they can’t finish my permanent crown. Not sure why I need an X-ray. Wanted me to reschedule, I said no I will wait. Finally at 11:30 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment they said they could finish the crown after all and would not have to do an X-ray until my next cleaning. Apparently an X-RAY was not necessary. I could have been out in 15 minutes but this was a three hour nonsense appointment. They Always want to do more than needed. Sometimes it does not make sense to save money with this dentist office. Just go to a good dentist. It will save you a lot of time, trouble and anxiety!! Probably be a lot better quality as well!!! Manger tried to blow it off but caught her in a lie and she hid until I left. Terrible and unacceptable !!!!

This was a horrifying experience. I need a new dentist because I moved, but it won’t be Bright Now. Their X-ray equipment is antiquated and far too large for my mouth. My previous dentist used small cards; when I asked if those were available, they said no. With 18 more X-rays, for a total of 24, I asked if we could do the rest later, and was told I could submit or go elsewhere. I left right then. A day later, my mouth still hurts, and a one hour drive to my previous dentist sounds good.

Great service excellent Dr and I’m glad I chose this dental office. They accommodate with my need . Love my Dr who listens To me and my need. Great assistance and most of I will drive and 1 hour and half just to get my teeth done. Best in the business and I recommend this Office.
