I had the smoothest and most educational dental visit at Highlands Ranch Smiles today! Lisa and Val took such good care of me. I felt so welcomed upon arrival and check out processes. Seriously was offered so many options and opportunities. Thank you team!

Update 6.30.25 Awesome stuff as always! Recommend! Office stuff are awesome. This is one busy location and it was gr8 to see so many patients, it tells you they doing good job there. 3 kids of mine had 1st visit here today and I am satisfied with interaction with everyone and their understanding of why we needed to switch from other office. Admin lady who scheduled our appointment for next week is nice and pleasant and understanding. So far HRS gets 5⭐️

I have been a patient at Smiles Dentist since 2012 and, for many years, had very positive experiences. Unfortunately, my last three visits have been progressively more disappointing, which is why I’m sharing this review. The staff remains friendly and professional, and the clinical care itself has generally been fine. However, the administrative and billing side has changed in ways that are concerning. On multiple occasions, I was quoted a specific cost before my appointment and told the office had pre-authorized the service with my insurance. After the visits, I was then told there was an outstanding balance, despite having paid what I was told was the full amount. It later became clear that my insurance was not accepted as in-network, something that was not communicated beforehand. The pricing I was quoted reflected in-network rates, but I was ultimately charged significantly more, including immediately after appointments. On another visit, I was overcharged and told I would receive a specific credit, but the actual credit ended up being only a fraction of what was promised. Most recently, I was advised that I needed an expensive procedure. While I understand that dental work can be costly, a second opinion from another dentist indicated that the recommendation was based on outdated or incomplete information. I’m disappointed because this practice used to feel patient-focused and transparent. My recent experiences suggest a shift toward aggressive billing and revenue maximization, which is not what I experienced for many years prior. I wanted to share this so others can go in informed and ask very clear questions about insurance coverage and costs before proceeding.

I have been with Highlands Ranch Smiles for a number of years now. I live in Pueblo West, so it is a given how highly I think of the office. Dr. McKeever is the dentist I see and she is both knowledgeable and sweet. She has helped me through a number of issues, I trust her so much. The hygienists’ in the office know exactly what they are doing and in the process of teeth cleaning they educate on teeth hygiene. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I actually no longer have a fear of going to the dentist office anymore, I thank you so much for everything.

A very welcoming experience for my first visit. Super nice and informative about the status of my oral health. Honest and provided recommendations, but not preachy. Office was a pleasant environment and they prioritize your comfort along the way. So far so good

Highlands Ranch Smiles is really great. They are truly so kind and the dentistry I get there beats out so many others I’ve tried in the past. They even have a nice office to discuss insurance and costs that ensures clarity and privacy. I haven’t went elsewhere since.

Everyone was very friendly. I really appreciated how detailed the conversation was with all that is needed to be done. I really hate going to the dentist but everyone made it so comfortable. Thank you and I highly recommend this office.
