Dr. Sarira Martin, DDS

Dr. Martin is AMAZING! She takes wonderful care of me and my teeth! Dr. Martin really cares about her patients and it shows. Her staff and office are warm and welcoming and they have a great area for the kiddos to play while waiting. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Martin and her crew! I highly recommend her!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Martin for close to ten years and I plan to continue to! She’s great at what she does and is always so friendly and personable. Her staff has improved significantly and I feel that they really do look out for my interests. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Martin’s office to friends and family for a great, consistent dentist.

My overall experience was not a good one. Almost every time I had a cleaning, there seemed to be an issue with being over charged for one thing or another which would take a lot of time to resolve. I still have issues with the overpriced crown she put on. When I went to another dentist after there was no resolution with the issues, I was told I had 6 teeth that had cavities which were not caught during my regular checkups with Dr. Martin. I gave her an opportunity to make things right, and instead, I was left with a high bill and had to have another dentist fix her work!

My dentist of 13 years decided to no longer be an in-network provider in the middle of the year, so, I needed to find a new dentist for a cleaning and checkup (2nd one for the year.) I have always gotten my teeth cleaned every 6 months and x-rays once a year, during the Fall/Winter appointment. When I came in, I was curious to see what the x-rays showed, and if they were showing the same things that my former dentist was showing with the x-rays I had over the last 4 years. I was surprised that they only took photos and didn't do a cleaning. I was later told that because they need to do a deep cleaning, they couldn't do a regular cleaning. That didn't make sense, and has NEVER happened and my former dentist of 13 years cleaned my teeth every 6 months with no issues. What I was told about the reason they wouldn't clean my teeth was like telling me to stop cleaning my own teeth and only rely on the deep cleanings now. Ridiculous! Then, I get a bill after that appointment. I have NEVER gotten a bill for a cleaning and exam. I was told my insurance didn't cover the photos because I had gotten x-rays for the year. That's impossible since I ONLY get them once a year, at the end of the year. I was not told before I came in that this is what to expect and I was completely blind sided with no cleaning, no x-rays, and a bill that I should not have to pay for that visit. Finally, I asked for the notes about my teeth for weeks after that appointment and I am now being ignored and can't even get the photos and notes for my records. I hope this review prevents others from any unexpected surprises.

Dr. Martin has been an excellent dentist for our family! She’s very personable and genuinely cares about us as well as our dental needs. I trust her, she’s not out to making extra money from your mouths. She’s also been a dentist for decades and is very proficient at it (she’s never caused any pain during any of my procedures). I highly recommend her!

The experience with Dr Martin is always really great. I feel like her only patient and not just someone on an assembly line. Very personable and great care. Highly recommend her and her staff.

I’m doing my invisalign with Dr. Martin and it’s been great!! I only have a month left and I’m super happy with the results and how attentive Dr. Martin and Elizabeth have been. I love the office, I always feel like family every time I come in. Dr. Martin also made sure paying for the invisalign was affordable which I appreciate. I highly recommend her!
