South Hayward Dental office of Kai Ming Cai D.D.S.

I recently visited Dr. Cai, DDS, for a cavity filling and had an outstanding experience. The staff is incredibly friendly. Dr. Cai is highly professional and took the time to explain my treatment options thoroughly. The cavity filling was quick and painless, and Dr. Cai ensured I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Dr. Cai for anyone seeking top-notch dental care. He is a good guy.

This dentist (Kai Cai) now has his office in Danville, Calif. I had a simple crown put on and he charged me almost $1000 (out of pocket) plus what he gets from my insurance. This is the most expensive dentist without anything special about his service. Avoid this ripoff unless you like to pay over twice the normal cost of dental work.

This dental office has been so professional, friendly and kind. They make it easy to schedule appointments and reschedule, as needed. I highly recommend South Hayward Dental office. I did not like going to the dentist after some awful experiences. However, now I go to the dentist with peace and leave with confidence that my appointment went well.

Dr.Cai was the dentist for my husband and I for several years. We spent thousands of dollars on his dental work. Almost every single thing HE did in our mouth has to be redone and paid for AGAIN! (This review only includes Dr.Cai, not his assistants or referred specialists.) Less than 5 years later. A bridge fell out, root canal and crown needs to be extracted and he left part of a tooth behind, that was supposed to be extracted. I would never let this man touch my teeth or my wallet again. Steer clear of Dr.Cai.

The most expensive dental procedure ever and the worst part is the expensive crown did not even last a year. I had cold sensitivity since the first day and now after less than a year the pain is unbearable. And no crown warranty and the tooth got damaged it needed root canal which he claims he does not do. Worse Dentist ever🤬

Dr.kai has been my dentist since 2004. I am his first patient and most my family has made him thier dentist too. The staff is the best I recommend this place 100% he has saved my teeth a few times and is a great person thank you Dr.Kai for all your services and also a special thanks to the staff God bless you alll.

Dr cai and his dentists are great doctors and deserve respect and a 5 star rating . Dr cai and his dentists do phenomenal work and are intelligent at what they do.
