Nor CAL Dental is a wonderful place for dental care especially for my special needs son who is non verbal. The staff and dentist were very accommodating and we left our appointment very happy. Dr. Sonia and Natalie kudos to you and Dr. Bhogal Bravo 🎉

So my teeth were bad & I hate the dentist I am so scared of anything that has to do with my mouth but I’m not even lying I love this place, they were so nice and sweet with me. I told them I was nervous and they were so accommodating and helpful about that. Both before and after the procedures I had. I wish I had their names but from who I’ve met so far they are ALL super chill and super sweet and very mindful and empathetic to me, my needs and my fears & very good at her Job. Any questions I had the they explained very well to me. I have never been so happy with my teeth results, they are super fast at their work and very good. To the ladies that have done work on me so far, THANK YOU!!!

I recently had my first visit to , NorCal Dental Group in Hayward, after some years away from the dentist, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I had a 10 AM appointment and, unfortunately, arrived about 10-15 minutes late to my 9:30am check-in time. I greatly appreciate that they still honored my appointment. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, which set a positive tone. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had great music playing. When I was taken back by the dental assistant, she was kind and explained everything clearly. However, I had a bit of a mixed experience with the numbing gel—while it was necessary, the texture was grainy, and the taste wasn't pleasant. I ended up with a lot of saliva in my mouth due to the swabs, and it took a little while for someone to notice I needed suction, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Once I received the injected numbing medication, everything improved significantly! The dentist discussed braces with me; however, I found it a bit challenging to concentrate during the conversation due to the procedure. I appreciated their willingness to schedule a separate consultation for me to discuss financial options without feeling rushed—this gave me peace of mind. What stood out the most was how on top of my insurance coverage they were and the caring attitude of the entire staff. I felt valued and well taken care of. Overall, I feel good about returning to them my new go-to for all my dental needs!

Dr. Bhogal has been absolutely exceptional in taking care of my father. From the tooth extraction to the entire denture process, everything was handled with great skill, patience, and compassion. He took the time to explain each step, ensured my father was comfortable throughout, and the results have been excellent. We truly appreciate his gentle approach and professionalism. I would highly recommend Dr. Bhogal to anyone looking for a caring and highly competent dentist.

Came to Dr B. about 3 to 4 years ago. I was in desperate need !!! I came here from another dentist office that had pulled out all my top teeth due to bone less… what a mess I was .. he offered me hope.. it was a long process and at times I wanted to give up but Didn’t. Don’t let anyone with an experience of implants tell you theirs weren’t bad, because the next time you see them , their experience will be no different that yours!!! You have good appointments and the next one might be not so good!!! It’s a process !!!! I’m finished the process about 2 yrs ago with my implants and still continue my drive to his office 45 minutes away for checkups. From the minute you walked in the staff is WONDerful! Dr. B is great , straight forward and Dr Thapa is my favorite so easy to talk to if I could adopt her as my sister I would. Very gentle !! My teeth are beautiful I get compliments all the time!!!

Got my cavities filled, wait was about 45-50mins for my scheduled appointment which was annoying. Once in the chair, they were quick and efficient with my filling. They were careful when I was feeling sensitivity and pain when the numbing hadn’t taken full effect yet. Appreciate my dentist and dental assistant, Desiree , they were awesome 🙂

Today was my first time at this office, everyone was super friendly and professional. I loved the experience! I was in and out super fast. Kudos to DA Nattalie Rodriguez who took care of me through out the whole process. Will definitely be coming back. ☺️
