I regret coming here. Please be extremely cautious before trusting price quotes from this place. We clearly agreed on a price before my procedure. I was upfront about another clinic trying to charge me more, and they reassured me instead of being transparent. After my procedure and after I paid what we agreed on, I was contacted weeks later and told I owe more because my insurance didn’t fully cover it. This should have been verified BEFORE doing the procedure. When I called my insurance, they told me they had already informed the clinic it would not be fully covered (before my procedure). Yet the clinic still moved forward with the deep cleaning without warning me I could be billed more later, they knew they were going to bill me more and didn’t care to tell me, what a way to get money from people. I even asked before my procedure if I would have to pay more, and I was told no. I felt blindsided, misled, and taken advantage of. If I had been given the full information upfront, I would have made a completely different decision. Please be careful. Double-check everything yourself, get all pricing and coverage details in writing, and verify directly with your insurance before agreeing to any procedure. Based on my experience, I would personally avoid coming here and would not recommend others put themselves in this position

So glad to have experienced care at SoHay Dental with Dr. Diep and his team! I appreciate how gentle he was while performing my exams, cleanings and fillings. As well as referring me out to a root canal specialist just as wonderful in his own work. Completing office forms prior to my appointments have made my wait times in office after check-in nearly nonexistent. Visits have been efficient, painless, and their office's music playlist is great 🙂

Came in as a new patient and was nervous coming into my appointment. They have y hospitality and such a welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Diep and his team does an amazing job overall 2nd visit, 2nd review on both google and yelp. Dr. deep does a great job at having an open communication, answering all my questions. I was able to get my biannual cleaning done within 30 minutes. The team here is fast, efficient and friendly. Facility is still clean as my first visit. Highly recommend 5/5.
