I love this place. My oldest daughter has been receiving treatment here for almost 18 months, and the changes are incredible. My youngest daughter is about to begin her treatment here. The service is excellent in every way. They are very accommodating when scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and their receptionists are very friendly and kind.

KIND Orthodontics is literally the best. This was my second time coming in (my first visit was just to set an appointment), and they already knew my name the moment I walked in. That alone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The two girls at the front desk are seriously the nicest people ever — so kind, patient, and welcoming. You can genuinely tell this is a healthy, positive work environment, and it makes such a difference as a patient. I’m so glad I chose KIND Orthodontics and can’t recommend them enough.

Kind Orthodontics has been wonderful working with my daughter. The entire staff is personable and friendly. My daughter was extremely nervous for her first visit. Since then, she has become so comfortable she doesn't even want me to accompany her. Her teeth are looking great. And the cost. I had been worried it would be too much, but with payments and our insurance all of it was doable and didn't break the bank.

My son’sorthodontist and the whole team were incredibly insightful, helpful, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made my son feel comfortable. I also really appreciated how transparent they were with pricing and how they walked us through payment options without any pressure. Highly recommend!!!

The office maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, and the warm holiday decorations add a thoughtful touch. I also greatly appreciate the timely and informative text and email reminders, which help us stay on top of appointments and treatment plans. We are grateful for the exceptional care provided by Drs. Emerald Nguyen and Ngo Hoang, along with their dedicated team. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to bringing in our other children for their orthodontic needs.

Well done! Both of my daughters had their orthodontic treatments here, and they love coming to the clinic. A big thank you to the kind orthodontist! All the dentists and staff are so friendly and caring, and we’re always greeted with warm smiles at every appointment. What really touched us was when my daughter was selling Girl Scout cookies—the orthodontist was so supportive and bought some from her. We feel so lucky to have found them. They’re truly amazing! Very disappointing experience at Kind Orthodontics. The office felt rushed and chaotic. The staff was not very friendly and did not explain the treatment procedures clearly. I did not feel like a patient, but rather like another person. Not at all what I expected. They were completely inattentive to my patient. You should never bring patients here.
