It was a terrible experience. The front desk staff were initially friendly, but I was shocked to discover hidden charges in my treatment plan. They deducted money from my insurance and made me pay some cash. They only informed me about the cash payment part, never mentioning that a portion would be deducted from my insurance. This was truly unethical. Today, I asked them why they did this and asked for an explanation. The female doctor rushed out and scolded me, saying they had explained everything clearly and that it was my fault for not understanding it. She then blamed me and refused to provide any follow-up treatment, leaving me to find a new doctor on my own! It’s really rude!

They are very kind and make my dental visits very pleasant. Sohail is definitely an expert in his profession; he always makes sure to be clear and concise in his explanations and makes sure you as the patients have proper expectations for procedures. Their admin staff is very capable as well. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes at my appointments. Definitely a lifer.

Foothill dental employees are always very friendly over the phone and in person. I really like how they always send out constant reminders via text, and phone calls for your appointments. The staff and customer service is always great. The office is clean, and great air flow. The location is convenient and there's parking available on both sides of the office.

Went in to get cavity taken care of. Found out tooth was loose and ended up having it pulled. I had no pain during the procedure or after the procedure. This was the best dental experience I ever had! Everyone there happy and kind. Dentist was fast and most excellent. I didn’t even know tooth was out and he had cleaned area already. Just great service all around!

I had to find a new dentist when my insurance changed, and needed a short notice appointment. Since they were close, and took my insurance I called and was able to get a next day appointment. I don't like going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable. The place is clean, and everyone from the front desk and dental assistants to Dr. Zhu and the other doctors are very friendly. Dr. Zhu is very gentle and thorough. Since my appointments went well, my son now also comes here

Absolutely LOVE this office!!! Dr. Ebrahimi and his entire staff are very welcoming and thorough. I never have a wait time and always leave satisfied with the service I receive. I have gotten cleanings, fillings, extractions, and an implant done here and am 100% satisfied!

I had my initial visit here last week after I had moved to Hayward. I’m glad I chose this place. Very friendly staff! The place is spacious and clean. Dr. Sohail is a very cool guy! Highly recommend!
