Cosmetic Dentistry of Hayward

It’s special to go to a dental office where the staff has seen you grow from a child into an adult! The care has always been consistent, thoughtful, and personal. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and comfort they’ve provided over the years. I came in today for fillings, 10/10 experience super comfortable and completely stress-free. I’ve also done Invisalign and other dental work here over the years, and every routine visit has been consistently great. The staff is always kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend to anyone in the East Bay Area looking for a dental office they can trust.

I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone. I had a very unpleasant experience with very poor service and communication. Upon arriving for an initial cleaning, no one at the office knew what I was there for despite scheduling a cleaning ahead of time. I was asked to return at a different time or date, and I found this extremely unorganized and unprofessional. In addition to that, it took MONTHS to resolve a billing issue, noting AGAIN the unprofessional and unorganized nature of this office. There are many great, transparent, and reliable dentistries in the Bay Area, and I regret trying this one. Please do your research and check out other great local dentists! There is much better service elsewhere 🙂

I've always had a fear of going to the dentist, but Cosmetic Dentistry of Hayward completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind, patient, and welcoming that I instantly felt more comfortable. The office is very clean and modern, and the whole team takes the time to explain everything and make sure you feel at ease. The dentist was gentle and caring, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. They really listened to my concerns and made the whole experience stress-free. For the first time, in 50 + years, I don't dread going to the dentist anymore. I'm grateful to have found this office. If you're nervous about dental visits like I was, I highly recommend Cosmetic Dentistry of Hayward--- you'll be in great hands.

Fantastic office! The staff was so sweet and Dr. Patel gave genuine suggestions and a solid treatment plan that was aimed at my health and not for a money grab which I can’t say about a lot of places. Mine was a special case and he referred me to a trusted specialist and continued to work with them to best cater to my teeth health. Thank you Dr Patel and team!!

Very confidently I can say that I am very fortunate to become and stay patient of Dr Patel and his practices. One that used to be in San Jose and the other in Hayward. In my 60’ I travel two hours through road circus one way to appointments not because there are no other dentists closer to me, but because I experienced and learned what it means to have sincere professional and artists taking care off your teeth and health of your mouth. All of my concerns were always considered and addressed in a best possible way. To be and stay true caring doctor and dentist is not a light undertaking in this fast world. To me every minute in his chair is worth hours of highway time. Thank you Dr Patel.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt like I had to share my experience. It was honestly pretty frustrating. Since the request, it took almost four months to get a refund for a procedure that was never done, even though I asked about it several times. I needed the refund for my HSA, and getting it felt way harder than it should’ve been. Every time I followed up, Toral kept saying the procedure was completed—even though the doctor told her right in front of me that it wasn’t. She also had me sign a payment form while I was already wearing the nitrous oxide mask, which just didn’t feel right. And every time I asked for a receipt for the procedure, they kept saying it was in a "spam folder"—but based on the date on the receipt I eventually got, that clearly wasn’t the case. I don’t understand why it had to be so complicated. A receipt should be easy to get, whether it’s a printed copy or an email. I really didn’t enjoy having to keep asking, especially calling during my break times at work. Everyone’s busy—patients included. I do appreciate Dr. Patel for helping when my tooth was really hurting. He seemed like a nice, genuine person, and his assistants were friendly and caring too. I just wish the office side of things had been handled with the same care and professionalism.

All the staff are super helpful and nice, I definitely will be a regular now! They are super patient and talented at what they do. One thing that stuck out to me when was visiting was the dental assistant Vanessa, who was clearly passionate about her work. I was blown away by her level of professionalism and expertise at the age of 18! great place to get your teeth cleaned would recommend 10/10
