Thank you Dr. Lee , Tibi and the staffing here!!! We truly appreciate it ! You guys are so thorough from follow ups, to the visits , to the process of everything for my dad Tom ! Ever since we’ve gone here from day 1 for both my parents , we’ve been treated with kindness , compassion and honesty. The office is very local for us and very clean. I truly appreciated a personal phone call to follow up on post op care for my dad today ! Dr. Lee took his time , very informative , very caring and did not rush his call at all . Very hard to find good care like this nowadays. I would highly recommend this office for regular care , dentures , implants you name it !!! They do it all! Tibi , thank you for dealing with me ! Having parents who don’t speak English , to going through with numerous calls and emails with me !!! Never did she make me feel I was a bothersome to her at all ! I thank you for all you do and we truly appreciate it!

I went to Shoe City Dental for the first time for a cleaning and it was the first time in a long time that I wasn't cringing in the chair. I've had a lot of work done with my teeth throughout the years so I get extremely nervous and anxious when I go to the dentist but the DR and his assistant were so kind and gentle. The DR took his time, explained everything that was going on and let me know what the future might be for my teeth. (I appreciate the honesty and advice) The front desk receptionist was also very friendly. I will be definitely coming back for my cleanings and other dental work. You won't regret it either!!

My older capped tooth fell out. The staff and dentist were prompt at seeing me to take care of it. As usual, they were very kind and very pleasant. The dentist answered my concerns.I always have felt comfortable coming here and very much appreciate the whole office atmosphere.

I was with my previous dentist from 2011 until just last month, and honestly, every appointment felt like torture because of how rough they were. Coming to Shoe City Family Dental has been a complete turnaround for me. The team here is gentle, very careful, and they truly make sure I’m comfortable throughout the visit. For the first time in years, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I’m so grateful I made the switch!

I love Dr Lee… that is the reason we followed him over to Haverhill from Lawrence. But I have to say the receptionists and the dental assistant do not add anything to the office as far as friendliness and caring. Really sorry to say that.

Extremely pleasant experience! Everyone from reception, to the dental assistant, to my dentist were very friendly and helpful about my care. Knew I was in good hands with these folks.

I always enjoy going to this Dental office. Everyone from the front desk woman to the dentist is fabulous and friendly. I would refer them to everyone. They have always fit me in for emergency situations.
