Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

I have an appointment today at 11am. I will not be going. I will take that time to find a new dentist instead. If you are looking for a dental practice that will verify your appointment 4 times in the few days before your appointment then this is your place. They verified my appt on 11.28 via text and then TWICE today. It isn't even 10am yet. Twice. Today at 9:06 AND AGAIN AT 9:46. They called it a courtesy reminder. I have verified the appt multiple times already. This isn't a courtesy, it is ridiculous. If you have a job and don't answer one of their multiple calls to confirm, they will cancel on you EVEN IF YOU ALREADY CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT. The only time I have ever been late to an appointment is when I returned their call and they confirmed my appt for the wrong time; returned the call because again they called multiple times to confirm and I was working. Other than that I have always been early. And I sit there for an eternity waiting almost every time I am there. I waited for an hour once and ended up leaving because at that point if they started the appt I wouldn't have made it to my next Dr appt on time. My son has an appt with them in January. We won't be going to that one either which is a bummer because the staff was so good with him during his first cleaning. Never mind the fact that the root canal I had done here STILL HURTS ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER. I love the staff who takes care of me, but the office practice of literally harassing people to confirm confirm confirm reconfirm, courtesy reminder..... just pushed me over the edge. If I confirmed an appt I shouldn't receive multiple more attempts to confirm. I shouldn't have to step away from work multiple times to re-confirm an appointment. I see so many doctors as I have a lot of health issues; none of them harass me to confirm an appt and none of them have ever cancelled because I didn't confirm the appt multiple times.

Great staff. Melissa was so helpful with insurance and payment options. She scheduled everything and answered all my questions with a smile. Lydia was my Hygienist. She was excellent at her job, professional and kind. Dr. Otete gave me options I didn't think of. I have challenging dental work ahead and Dr Otete laid out a great plan of action. I left with new hope that soon my dental problem would be solved. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr Dental on Lincoln Ave. In Haverhill MA.

These guys are terrific man! Outstandingly quick service, wicked good quality work, and friendliest staff I've ever worked with bar none -- period. Hands down ==> best in Haverhill!

I used to love this office when Dr. Keerthy was there, but not so much anymore. Apparently if you confirm an appointment through their text service it doesnt count? Why send me a bunch of text asking for appointment confirmation if you dont acknowledge them? The receptionist that is works in the office now likes to schedule appointments for you 6 months out without you being presence which I dont agree with. Every dentist ive been to in the past their front desk staff would schedule the appointment with me and fill out an appointment card so you actually know when your next appointment is months in advance, not like Dr. Dentals. finding out through their text message service (remember that they dont acknowledge) a week before... Some of the hygienists are good and others not so. I'm completely bummed that Dr. Keerthy left the practice. Since she left there isnt many incentives that are stopping me from looking for another dentist office...We'll see how my next appointment goes.

Outstanding services and excellent staff. I finally found a dentist with great experience and very knowledgeable. I look forward to future visits and services

This place has great Customer service and Dr. Otete is a great dentist. They got me right in and coordinated my insurance and everyone was polite and professional.

Completed my dental procedure today at Riverside Dental ,The staff was so understanding about my anxiety and walked me through each step of the process it made the outcome more comforting, Huge applause to the receptionist for explaining the payments due and for reminding of all my appointments
