Genesis Dental of Haverhill

I visited Genesis Dental the first time recently for a gum infection and regular check up. I had a smooth check in and preliminary screening. Dr. Aggarwal was very friendly and professional. She answered my questions patiently and talked me through the procedure so that I felt comfortable and relaxed. The teeth cleaning was painless and she also advised me on what products to use to improve my dental hygiene. In the weeks following my visit, I have experienced relief from the pain in my gums and I am extremely satisfied with my visit.

The whole team here is just amazing. Very respectful and professional, making sure I was comfortable at all times, taking extra care while I was fighting a flare up of my medical condition, and communicating each step during procedures. I’ve had very bad anxiety during dental visits before but through my many appointments I never felt judged or like I was just another patient and I am completely comfortable in coming back. I can confidently say after having a lot of work done here that they’ve been my first good dental experience in my 32 years.

My first time going to the dentist in about a year and a half and i was terified. My lifelong dentist apparently hadn't been taking as good care of me as he said. I found her on Google and I'm so glad! When I called on the phone, Yahaira was so incredibly kind and patient! She booked me an appointment super fast! The day of the appointment she is at the front desk and is incredibly warm and welcoming she eased my anxiety in the waiting room ! J was brought in by Diana and she took my x-rays. She was so patient and gentle. She took her time and answered my questions. Constant communication to make sure I was OK. Then Dr.A came in and took a look and did the cleaning , she was incredibly thorough and gentle. The most painless cleaning I've ever had. Afterwards she went over everything with me, she answered all of my questions and didn't let me leave confused about anything. Then Diana came back in and polished and glossed my teeth. She was amazing again! Such amazing communication this office has amongst the whole staff. It's refreshing to have an awesome team, I would recommend to anyone looking!!! Update- DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR TEETH KNOWINGLY. GOT A FRONT TOOTH CAVITY FILLED HERE, ONE REAL EXPERIENCE WAS ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW NOT TO EVER COME BACK

I’m a new patient and cannot say enough great things about Dr. Aggarwal and the staff at Genesis Dental. They’re so thorough and friendly. I was very nervous on my first visit since I had terrible experiences with other dentists in the past. The team put me right at ease and helped me understand the work I needed to get done and a timeline that worked with me. If you’re evaluating a new dentist, definitely give Genesis a try!

I had a great cleaning visit. Liana, the hygienist was very thorough and accommodating throughout. She made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was educated on at home care.

I am a new patient at Genesis Dental and had a great experience during my first visit. The facility is clean and well maintained and equipped with state of the art instruments. The receptionist was warm and friendly and despite the clinic being busy, there was no wait time. The dental hygienist was able to see me as soon as I arrived. She had a gentle hand and performed a detailed cleaning and an in-depth assessment of my teeth and gum health. Moreover, Dr Aggarwal went over the assessment in great detail and talked about things we would need to watch for in the long term. I have been going to other dentists regularly for years now but none of them had performed such a thorough assessment as the one I received at Genesis Dental.
