Aspen Dental - Haverhill, MA

Just left there after having a tooth emergency with my son. This place is fantastic. They fit us in as a walk in, and everyone was so kind. The staff are all so sweet and friendly!! Their equipment was up to date as they were able to do a full panoramic scan of my sons mouth. The dentist was amazing with my son and so knowledgable. I highly, highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with Lauren for my latest teeth cleaning and oral hygiene appointment. Lauren was professional and polite and it was obvious to me that she really loves what she does and truly cares about each individual patient. She did an oral cancer screen on me which I have never had and had no idea existed in the dental field until Lauren introduced me to it and its importance. She was open to discussing my alternative views to some dental care and gave me advice on different brands of products to use as well. Jessie at the front desk was also super helpful in getting to the bottom of an insurance bill my husband received and was able to solve the issue.

I had my first cleaning today by Lauren at Aspen dental in Haverhill. Being 60 years old, Ive had many cleanings but NONE as thorough as Lauren. She knew her stuff and even did a mouth/ face cancer screening! She was very informative and knowledgeable. She's very passionate about her career as a hygenist and it shows in the care she gives. Aspen is lucky to have her and I will always return to have my cleanings completed by Lauren.

Made an appointment for a tooth pull for last month and the day before my appointment they cancelled it due to the doctor being suddenly unavailable. Whatever, life happens. I rebooked it for 3 weeks later (today) as I’m a business owner and today was my last available day before 2026 to get this done as the holiday season is the busiest time of year for me. I got a call today, 2 HOURS before my appointment (an appointment I took the day off of work for) so they could tell me the doctor suddenly decided they no longer felt comfortable doing it and an oral surgeon would have to. I understand this reasoning and I’m glad the doctor didn’t do something they were uncomfortable with. However, they had 3-4 weeks to tell me a doctor couldn’t do it and surgeon had to, and in those few weeks I would’ve had plenty of time to reschedule and make an appt with a surgeon work, and now I have to wait until 2026 (another month and a half) to get back into a dentists office to have this done when it should’ve been done originally almost a month ago. I am extremely frustrated, upset, and above all, stressed. The ladies at the front desk are amazing and sweet and the largest reason I wanted to come back to this office in the first place. I just wish the lack of communication didn’t ruin this experience with haverhill’s office for me.

Great staff, very nice and friendly. Went in with tooth pain, they pulled both out same day vist...needle was only pain, didn't even know she was done until she had me sit back up....hopefully i don't need to go back anytime soon...lol...but if need dental work i will go back to them
