Dr. Chiao is a master of her craft! I messaged the office over the weekend that I have tooth pain, and I might need a root canal. She responded right away and set-up an appointment for Monday. She ran a number of tests to make sure a root canal was the only option, then went ahead and performed the procedure flawlessly. She also made great suggestions for my long-term oral care (like mouth guard, orthodontics). Lastly, she is a very empathetic, and great to talk to. I highly recommend her to anyone who has a need for dental surgery!

I came in with a very deep cavity, and my dentist initially suggested a root canal. Dr. Chiao examined me and found that my nerve was still intact. She explained everything clearly and decided to try to save the nerve instead. The entire procedure was completely painless. She was amazing—supportive, gentle, and communicative the whole way through. Dr. Chiao is incredibly accessible and caring, and she’ll be following my progress going forward. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I recently had to undergo a root canal and did quite a bit of searching for the right dentist. I’m not from the Yonkers area, so it was over an hour’s drive to see Dr. Helen Chiao & LE Team but it was absolutely worth it. She was amazing: calm, reassuring, and one of the most professional dental doctors I’ve ever seen. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Chiao is one of the best, if not the best, doctor I have ever interacted with. She was friendly, so calm, and took her time explaining everything to me. The consult felt like a conversation more than a dictation. She made sure I felt comfortable, knowledgeable, heard and cared for. I know she has my best interest at heart. What stood out to me as well that it was clear that she studied my intake form and came to my consult ready with areas that might be an issue and voiced them all to me. It gave her a good framing to conduct her assessment. I came from out of state to see Dr. Chiao and cannot recommend her enough!! Receiving care from a clinician owned practice is a night and day difference to how quick and often dehumanizing mainstream corporate healthcare is. She is truly a stellar doctor.

Dr. Chiaou was not five-star...she was 10-star! Everything about my experience put me at ease, was painless, and I was 100% secure in her hands, along with her fantastic assistant, Susie. Thank you both for taking such good care of me. You are truly appreciated.

Dr. Chiao was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her for root canal and/or any other endodontist related services any time! I was there for a 3 hour procedure. I felt nothing, and the x-rays after the work was done were so clear. She explained everything she was doing - before, during and after, and clearly communicated her findings. Most thorough endodontist treatment I’ve ever had, and this was far from my first rodeo! And kind too…may not be important to you, but it’s always important to me.

I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for Dr. Chiao and her assistant Susie’s incredible care and professionalism to my 5 years old daughter today. I can’t thank her enough for taking in my daughter at the last minute. I truly appreciate her making time for us on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Chiao’s expertise with little kid made me feel at ease, and I felt my daughter was taken care of throughout the entire process. Her patience, understanding, and kindness truly stand out, and I’m so grateful to have had her as my daughter’s endodontist. She and her assistant made a challenging experience so much easier to handle. We highly recommend her to any patients. Thanks again for everything she did today for my daughter!
