Michael Cheng DDS Dental Office

I am privileged to have Dr. Cheng as my dentist. He is a master at his craft, very informative about any procedure he will perform, he's very knowledgeable about your past dental history just by a mere glance.I thought I was going to have a mediocre dentist today and I was so wrong! In my 50 years he's the only dentist I would say is brilliant! Also very kind, speaks excellent English. You will not be disappointed. Man of profound wisdom & knowledge.

The receptionist was so hard to communicate with, I could barely make out what she was saying. I told her I wanted to make an appointment for next week and she kept giving me a hard time. She said that because I haven't been to their establishment for a long time that they couldn't except my insurance. I said...What does that even matter if I haven't been there in 5 years or 5 months ? My insurance was good back then. Now all of a sudden they aren't excepting it. The receptionist was very unprofessional. Will not be dealing with this place ever again 😡

The receptionist was so hard to communicate with and unprofessional. She asked to call me back 😒 when I called to schedule an appointment. On another incident refused to schedule me at all because I missed an appointment. I told her I was in the hospital and she argued with me and brought up the no call cancelatation at hand several times (couldn'tcall from er room). I asked to speak with someone else and she said no. She then told me to try to call again some other time, and hung up on me. The dentist was very kind and thorough, but it is not worth going through a receptionist like this. How sad.

Last week was my first time seeing Dr Cheng. The office did not have to see but they did. I always gone the dentist so I know what to expect and what can and can't be done. Every situation is different. My review is a 100% Dr and staff went above and beyond their service. This type of service is what built relationships. Me and my family will be regulars. Thanks!!!!!!!

I have been seeing the dentists here for 5 years. Not only are they a clean professional place, they are compassionate, gentle, and extremely kind. I wholeheartedly recommend both Doctors.

I think this office is a good place to go. I was very nervous and the Dentist was very kind and explained everything that I need to get done in a way that I would understand. Definitely would recommend to anyone I know who needs to see a Dentist.

Great family practice! Good with children. Receptionist hard to understand for some people. But I would recommend them over many others who try to do unnecessary work
